The Indigo Hotel was located in the Vanderbilt area but the valet parking left much to be desired. The room was hip and designed well, but if you looked closely you could tell they were constructed poorly. They used Ikea-type furniture and the doors in the room were thin and cheap. I could hear EVERY conversation in the hallway and the rooms next to us. The lack of sound proofing in this hotel made our experience awful. more
