It also has a separate living room, private entrance from it's own private deck.Our Queen Suite is appointed with a queen sized bed with it's own private porch and entrance. Really a great place. We stayed in the King suite-the bed and linens were fantastic. Double ditto on the favorable comments. Out of the way yet convenient to everything. We loved the accommodations, the Station Inn, and the 12 South Tap Room. Tips - Famous Dave's BBQ near the Hermitage; Cheesecake Factory in Green Hills Mall.

Ditto the other recent strong reviews. A nice twist on the B&B concept emphasizing comfort and privacy with notable attention to small details - our new Nashville favorite! One very minor suggestion would be additional bedside lighting in the Queen Suite.

My husband and I loved our stay at 12 South Inn. We went to rest and relax and the queen suite was perfect for that. The suite is extremely clean - very very important!!!!! Also, equally comfortable.
