Girl's Holiday for 3 days in Nashville. Super location, shuttle to and from airport. Transport to Gaylord hotel...Front desk personnel were great in suggesting restaurants, things to do, etc. We felt safe walking around. Everything was close by and we loved it.. Great value !!! Would definitely recommend... Not a 5 star, but very adequate ...

Compared to the costs of staying in downtown Nashville, this wasn't too bad. We were able to park underground out of the rain. The rooms were nothing fancy, towels were scratchy. Free breakfast, which wasn't great, but FREE! The front desk was very helpful with letting us know about the transportation service to take us downtown.

Stayed two nights. Hotel is bright and well maintained. Room was very clean. Bed was uncomfortable (bouncy) and needs to be updated. Only three pillows on king bed...Be sure to request more. Just an average place, nothing special. The room was clean but could definitely use some updating. The towels were paper thin. The staff did not seem to go out of their way to be pleasant. The location was a plus with an excellent restaurant across the road.

Lots of restaurants on west end and broadway. Be sure to walk a couple blocks away from hotel for lots of different cuisine. Be sure to try Hattie B on 19th, great food and low cost. The hotel is adequate...don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Housekeeping may show up to clean your room if you're lucky...don't expect a very clean sweep.
