We were there for 3 nights. The location to downtown was great. The room was decorated nice. Front desk was helpful the valets were friendly. Breakfast was great. It was a good experience for our first time in Nashville.

We booked about 2 months in advance of our stay and unfortunately this hotel was the only options downtown available. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the room was fairly clean. I knew that the hotel was going through renovations so I was fine with the unfinished projects happening around us. Unfortunately the elevator... More

I'm sorry to hear that you experience noise from the guests who were near you. There are some people who are very selfish and do not care that they disturb others. I believe this is enhanced once the drinking starts. We do approach guests who act in this way but it is difficult to monitor them. The front desk does... More

While I appreciate the efforts to renovate, even the "finished" rooms are far from what I would have expected especially from the Choice Hotels TOP END Ascend Collection. SEE MY PHOTOS! Just in my room, they kept the OLD bath tub, the tub faucet leaked badly, the shower head was old and whomever did the DRYWALL MUD JOB on these... More

The General Manager Stacy Lee was exceptional. He treated us with such grace and his staff as well. Mr. Lee went out of his way to make our stay amazing. Thank you Again ! We came from New York and we were thankful to be able to get in our room as we arrived. Then staff was so helpful and... More

Please do come back when in Nashville and especially when our new Bar & Bistro opens in May 2015. Thank you for taking the time to let others know of your experience with us. The staff was good, but there was construction going on in the main lobby. When we went to the room, it's that old out dated outside hallway style, so if the wind and rain is coming in, you have to take it in stride. But the WORST part was that you can hear almost everything with your neighbors. Doors slamming,... More

Stayed here 6 nights from 7th April, although the hotel has not yet finished it's renovations this did not affect us in any way.If you are going to Nashville on holiday and are on a budget you won't get any better.Other reports mention it being noisy,we never heard anything, other reports mention the location well the Sheraton is 20 yds away and... This hotel is a best western being remodeled. At this time, I would have to say, the rooms are clean and decent. But the service is average and feel for the price range, I have had better hotels in LA and NYC, so I feel it is over priced and over rated for Nashville. No pool, or gym and best... More

Definitely appreciate your comment. We are no longer a Best Western but a independent boutique hotel meaning uniquely different hospitality experience. However, you are correct as to having the convenience of having a food & beverage venue onsite that I'm happy to announce will be available on or before June 1, 2015. The venue will be located in the main... More

My husband and I stayed here overnight. Yes, the facility is under construction, but that didn't interfere with the comfort of the stay. The staff was absolutely amazing and some of the nicest and most helpful I have come into contact with. The updated rooms were lovely. They have outside facing doors like a motel, but you have to enter... More

The rooms have been updated and look nice. But the rooms all face out to a non enclosed corridor. The doors to the rooms are not sealed well. I put a chair up against mine each night. The Bathroom is motel grade witha combination fan and Light which is annoying. There is no restaurant in the Hotel at this time.... More

We apologize that we did not meet your expectations while you were here. As we are still a work in progress we are close to completing our 1st phase of improvements with more to come. A couple of coming updates will be an additional exterior elevator along with updated repairs for the existing elevator. Also, look out for the opening... More

Stayed at this place to be able to be at a walking distance from Music City Center Convention Center as I signed up late for our convention. After checking out their website accepted a price tag of $260/night before taxes thinking I am going to get the value back. I was very wrong. The hotel is laid out like a... More

Thank you for your comment and I am sorry that the rate was not to your satisfaction. Your stay period was during the time that a large convention was in-town. The group had a contracted restrictive rate meaning any and all rates must be under their rate which unfortunately increased rate for all downtown properties. It is understandable that when... More
