We had booked this hotel in June for three nights. Driving from Michigan, we drove through the night with expected arrival in Nashville around 6am. Knowing we couln't check in until 3pm, we booked the day prior to our arrival, paying full price for a room just to guarantee we'd have a place to sleep when we arrived. I called... More

We arrived at the hotel to find it was still under major exterior construction with cranes and jackhammers etc. I had called the hotel directly prior to making my reservation and they confirmed me the construction would be complete before our visit. They assured us the noise would stop at 5 PM and not start until 9 am. Then they... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night while the hotel was still undergoing construction. I had been forewarned of the construction from reading reviews on TripAdvisor. I booked through a travel site and got a lower price compared to most of the other downtown hotels. Since I was only staying one night, I was willing to put up with... More

Good location, nice employers and good valet service. But considering that you have to pay for parking (valet) and that breakfast can be improved, the price should be lower. Also, breakfast could be better. Anyway, is a good place to stay since you are at Broadway with a short walk.

After reading all the reviews on Trip Advisor I was really apprehensive about staying here but it turned out to be perfect for us. The hotel is no longer a Best Western but is now the Capitol Hotel Downtown. If you want your hotel to include fluffy robes, a beautiful spa and absolute quiet, do NOT stay here. But if... More

The worst hotel experience of my life. Period. Frankly, it was the worst customer service experience of my life. For your safety and sanity, I beg you to avoid this dump and spread the word. I would give this pigsty 0 stars if I could. The comprehensive details need to be shared. My wife and I returned from a night... More

Some of the staff is awful what hotel doesn't have a manager on the weekends?!?!? Some of the staff were very nice but for what I paid I couldn't sleep... More

We went to Nashville with a large group of friends for my birthday. We wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance to Broadway and this hotel was 1/2 mile and $200 per night while others were $300. They were remodeling, but the rooms were finished and they were just working on the exterior. The remodeling didn't cause us any problems!... More

Construction noise and debris, elevator problems, constantly running toilet, staff talking about personal issues at the desk, cold breakfast, very low lighting in outside corridors. It was NOT a good stay.

My hockey team stayed here this past weekend for a tournament in Nashville. Other than the location, this place is a dump! It was under construction so they are trying to make improvements but it felt like we were staying in a hotel that had just been hit by a hurricane. It was dirty, noisy and the staff was loud,...
