We just were here for one night. The location isn't bad, the staff was friendly. but you get what you pay for. It's not a big deal but there was bananas in our fridge and garbage left in the garbage can (a spoon, straw, etc.) The room itself was okay. Loved the space, and the little kitchen! Just needs a... I recommend this lodging if you are staying in the Vanderbilt area of Nashville. It is less than 10 minutes away from the medical center and is one of the best values in that area. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of self parking (quite rare in this area of Nashville) . The room was a little noisy... More

Definitely overpriced. Less than helpful staff (except for Andrea), and they weren't very friendly. The "fully equipped" kitchen they advertised didn't have enough in it to serve a meal if we wanted to. There were no cups or glasses, no tissues in the bathroom. The television remote had no on/off button. Weird hotel brand--they don't make up your room or... More

Elizabeth - Your review for our hotel was recently brought to my attention. I’m pleased to learn that our level of cleanliness met your expectations. Also, I’m happy that Andrea provided you with exceptional customer service. Still, I’m disheartened to learn that you were disappointed with our fully equipped kitchens and maintenance. Please know, our housekeeping service is provided once... More

Disgusting in all respects especially for $174/night. Rooms are tatty. TV awful. Can't believe they get away with this at these prices. Couldn't wait to get out. Hotels.com should not even list this. It tarnishes their reputation. Will be asking for a partial refund. Didn't dare touch the breakfast. Too nervous. Only redeeming factor was that it was close to... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay with us. It upsets me to hear that our normal cleaning standards were not met during your stay. Also, I’m disappointed to learn that our offerings such as our free grab-n-go breakfast and flat-screen TVs inside our suites did not meet your expectations. I recently met with... More

Stayed a couple of days here. Overall this place is very forgettable. Yes the location is A+. The kitchenette is nice to have. But when my 11 year old daughter is flipping through the channel's and sees people screwing, I am not happy. There should be some kind of warning or way to block showtime or what ever it is.... More

We arranged for 10 days to accommodate our daughter's knee surgery, made reservations well in advance, and even called to confirm that all was set. Based on the web site we expected a fitness room, laundry room, free breakfast, coffee and wifi. At no time did the website or the hotel itself disclose that they were under construction with remodeling.... More

I stayed for 4 nights but I would not stay again. The bed had hair on it and one of the shelves in the kitchen cabinet was broken. I need every day cleaning service but the hotel policy is to give full service only if you stay 7 or more days. I did not like the Grab and Go breakfast. I... More

After a slightly hostile first few minutes, the staff were all pretty good. Extended Stay America offer "suites" which seem to be a slightly larger than average room with a kitchenette area, and everything seemed to work. My suite was a bit faded but basically clean, it was fronting West End Ave but the triple-glazing was excellent. The aircon was... More

Spent 4 nights here to visit Nashville with friends. Room was clean but carpet worn. Kitchenette and full size refrigerator a plus. Staff helpful at check as we arrived from NY 2 hrs before check in and really wanted to freshen up after driving all night (14hrs). A bike rack on the property would be a nice addition. Hotel exactly... More

This hotel was nice. It was also in a nice neighborhood area. It was far away from the down area that you were not caught up in the traffic, but close enough not to miss anything.. Real close to the university. There was a kicten area and a spacious bath and bed area..Not bad for the price. I would stay here... More
