O.k, I was there for two months, where do I start?!!!!!! The fraont desk people were the only ones with great customers service. The housekeepers did not clean worth a D---! Had to go ask for linens half the time. OH YEAH! Got ate up by bed bugs or something, kept getting up with little, red, itchy bumps on our... more

Room was fair size and clean. Queen bed, 2 bedside tables, chest, small table and 2 chairs. Iron, board, hair drier, coffee maker. A/C worked well and was quiet. Continental breakfast was OK. Easy to find just off Interstate. OK rate of $80 for a single. more

I wish I had read these reviews before booking this hotel. Area is very dangerous, right next to the interstate, with lots of homeless and unsavory characters loitering around. After a ride to our room in a smelly and creaking elevator with water all over the floor, we got to our room, which was very noisy right next to the... more

Hotel was priced good. Internet was very good. TV reception and choice of channels was awful.....7 or 8 channels. Area is kind of shady side of town but did not venture out. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Definitely needs some upgrades. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. more

The motel was clean, employees very friendly and helpful. Not many restaurants in the area to choose from. At least 50 TV channels to choose from. more

If you value your safety, do not stay at this hotel or at any hotel in this neighborhood. My recommendation is to get a room in Franklin or somewhere else just south of the city. There were homeless people running around outside and what appeared to be "by the hour" hotels nearby. The hotel looked extremely run down and dirty... more

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. In retrospect, I should have left after Day One. No functional AC in the room upon arrival - took 4 calls and 3 hours to finally be moved. 2nd room had soaking wet carpet near bathroom. Virtually every upholstered surface was stained and/or dirty. Bed linens clean, but bed extremely firm. Two,... more

I just showed up the evening of the 30th of June and was treaded as family by management, very warm and gracious. My rate of $80 was fair and over $100 better then the real downtown places a short cab ride away, I thought the room was clean and the road was in deed noisy but its a big city... more

I went with a group tour for four days. On the first nite I was placed on the side next to the interstate highway with the sound reflecting off a rock face to my room. I had a quieter room the next 3 days. The balcony sliding glass door did not lock so they had an aluminum jam bar. Maid... more
