Hotel needs to be renovated. It was showing some serious signs of age. I was on the top floor and the window was one of those that will open slightly. The window frame was worn and the window wouldn't close all the way. All of the traffic noise from outside filtered into the room. The bed was ok but could... more

This was the first Springhill Suites we've ever stayed at and we will definitely be staying there again. We normally stay at Hampton Inn because they are reasonably priced and consistent quality, but the Hampton was over $100 while Springhill rate was only $84. The room was the very large with a sleeping area seperated from a sitting/kitchen area by... more

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days this past month. We very much enjoyed our stay. Had a sink, kitchen towel, refridgerator (mini- but definitely a decent size). We put a lot of left over dinners in it and had plenty of room. It also had a small freezer. Had some cupboard... more

This hotel was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Really nice bed and pillows, clean and bright and comfortable, nice exercise room, friendly front desk staff, high speed internet worked fine, separate sitting/desk area my husband likes, nice complimentary breakfast bar.. Nothing about the suite needed repairing or updating! Not the biggest or best layout we've seen but... more

Just returned from a weekend at this hotel in Nashville. My son is in the Army, stationed at Fort Campbell. We planned a get away of fun with him along with his friend (another solider) his mother and brother along with g/friends. I had booked four rooms at the Spring Hill Marriott. I cannot say enough good things about this... more

I booked this hotel through Marriott.com I found the rates on there a few $$ cheaper than any online service. Not a bad rate for the hotel. It is a few miles outside of downtown, but only a short taxi ride away. Rooms are pretty big, with a sitting area, couch, chair, table, & refrig. We were very pleased. We... more

Had an overnight stay while in town on business. The lobby, room, and breakfast area were all clean. An internet access station is in the lobby and wireless internet is available. My room was a small "suite" (more an awkwardly shaped room with a divider), but had all of the basics plus a few extras, including ceiling fan (nice extra... more

The customer service in this hotel was the best I've experienced in a long time. My family and I stayed there the evening of 4 July on our way to Alabama. The front desk clerk was top notch. She provided us everything we needed- and with a big smile. She provided a list of nearby restaurants. There is a computer... more

The room was somewhat dirty, worn and needed updating; furthermore, not really a suite but a traditional hotel room with a partial wall dividing a sleeper sofa from the bed (only one TV). Walls were thin and did little in the way of soundproofing. Location is not very good--very little within walking distance other than fast food joints. On the... more
