We spend a lot of time moving kids in/out of Vandy. If you know your schedule far enough in advance, rates are pretty good. Front desk staff is always friendly and the valet guys have enough experience with packed vans that they're always helpful. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. Usually sold out 2-3 weeks in advance but, like I... More

Love this property. On a business trip. They will loan a bicycle to you (no charge) to roam the area. Even a helmet. The best part was the view. You are right at Vanderbilt University football stadium. My room was end zone view. Very fun and different.

We appreciate your kind words about our property. I am glad to hear you enjoyed one of our unique amenities, our Bike Program. I love how easy it is for any guest to have access to a bike and helmet simply by asking anyone at our front desk. The view of the Vanderbilt University football stadium is quite remarkable. We... From the valets Avery and Scott going out of their way to help to the front desk ladies and finally the excellent service from Thrya at Park 25 Bistro the stay couldn't have been better. Our family of 5 had a great time and were treated great the entire time with exceptional customer service.

I made my reservation online-after booking I was notified that the available rooms were on the concierge floor. I made the reservation. After checking in I was on the 4th floor and noticed in the elevator the concierge floor was on the 11th floor. My room was overlooking the parking lot and just a few feet from then parking level.... Thank you for your feedback. First of all, let me start by apologizing for the atypical service you experienced during your stay. I have addressed all your issues with management and the staff, especially the front desk team. I too would not have been satisfied if I had the same experience as you. Since the 11th floor has a limited... More

Great location, across from Centennial Park and overlooking the Vanderbilt football stadium. The hotel lends out bicycles so you can wheel around the great West End of Nashville, and offers a free shuttle within 2 miles, which can get you to Hattie B's for some famous Hot Chicken. Nice bar/cafe in the lobby. The fitness center was open but undergoing... More

We stayed at this hotel on our family trip to Florida. I would say it is just ok. The service was fair and I was not upgraded to concierge. There was construction in the pool area, and the staff was just ok. I would likely stay somewhere else when in Nashville.

I really wanted to like this hotel, being a big Marriott farm and Elite member, but I was disappointed. Way overpriced for the quality of the hotel as noted in other reviews, for $350 all in, i would like a more updated hotel and newer feel to carpets and finishes. Also the service was a little off. I am told... More

This hotel was clean and reasonably nice for a downtown Nashville hotel. I wasnt overly impressed for the money, but I guess it costs more to stay closer to downtown. Hotel shuttle was nice and quite convenient, and the staff were nice.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while in Nashville for business. The lobby is average, the staff is nice. The rooms are aging so the carpet looks a little dirty. It was very hot and humid when I stayed so as you would expect, the rooms are a bit musty. They were doing construction during the day on the... More

Dear Kevin, I apologize for the noise on the 3rd floor due to our fitness center renovation. We will be completing this project by the end of this month. When complete, it will be a one of a kind show piece for the hotel. It will feature an aerobic stretching area, kettle balls, free weights and a multitude of treadmills... More
