I can't say enough about this hotel. Bopped into town to visit one of my kids and stayed here for the weekend. The view of the football stadium is amazing. The staff bend over backwards to be accommodating, polite and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Ben at the front desk and he couldn't have been a sweeter... More

Stayed the week of New Years and the Music City Bowl. Room was excellent as you would expect with a Marriott. Staff were even better. From Patrick to Eddy and the rest of the shuttle/valet guys to Miss Gail in the lounge, we really felt welcome and were never left wanting anything. We utilized the free shuttle over and over... Great location with many great restaurants and bars nearby. University and centennial park close by. Inside very nice. Pricing on parking is ridiculous. Approx $30 for valet and self park is expensive and located a long ways from the hotel. Hotel costs enough without adding the extra icing by charging too much for parking.

Overall Nice hotel. I am never one to write a bad review when it is not necessary, but this place really got under my skin. First, I go to the front where there is Valet to check in. I let them know I will be self parking...because it must be free right? WRONG! But of course, no one informs me... More

I will start off with saying there is no free wifi. They charge $10 a day which is silly. I can walk down the street and every restaurant and place here offers free wifi. My only small complaint. The room is standard; clean and she spacious. We had a king size bed in a large room with a large clean... More

Shout out to Bobbie! I showed up with a dead iPhone and needing an apple store...and she gave me a charger right out of her purse and told me to keep it until i got home to O-H. Beyond generous! Makes Marriott look good and she is a nice person! Wow Bobbie! you go girl.

Stayed for business for one night before leaving town. We were self parking, so pulled up to the valet. We left the keys with them while we checked in. The valet was very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful even waiting while I tried to locate my rewards number. The front desk clerk also made sure to let... More

Very productive stay, and as always, good service. My Egyptian friend in the first floor restaurant who waited on me was excellent, as usual. Dean who is the restaurant manager, is always engaging and helpful. In addition, the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I spent the weekend in Nashville to visit friends and family. We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago so chose it again. I expect a hotel to have professional and personal staff and to be efficient in anything they do for me... this hotel met those expectations. The valet staff were prompt and worked... More
