It was raining fairly hard when we arrived. The check in area was warm & dry & the valet made it easy to deal with parking the car. Front desk staff was quick to greet us making check in a breeze even though we did not have a reservation. We tried 2 other hotels in the area which either were... More

Stayed here for 3 days. Found the staff to be friendly and accommodating and were greeted with friendly staff each throughout the hotel. We brought 3 bikes with us and the staff happily placed them inside in a secure storage area for us each time we used them--an example of a hotel staff that cares about its guests! Rooms were... The staff were excellent in meeting our needs. The breakfast area was comfortable, and the omlets are super and quick! We came to town for a wedding, and everything at the hotel supported that event. The hotel is clean and easy to navigate.

I hate giving a bad review, but this was pretty grim. While the bed was admittedly comfortable, I got no sleep because of the noise from the bar across the street and the thin walls. (I was on the 6th floor)The people in the room next to me were speaking until 3am, 3am! I got up at that point to... More

This was a great hotel with a perfect location to attend the Vanderbilt graduation. We were close to everything we needed to be. The valet parking was so impressive. The manager's cocktail party and the morning free breakfast were also excellent. The room was large and able to sleep all 6 of us comfortably with one pull out coach and... More

There is no street parking so your choices are to self park or to valet park. You will pay 18 - 22 dollars for parking. the garage is very old and there is a yellow divider when you go between floor and large yellow concrete polls between almost every parking space. It is too hard to park in the garage.... More

Dear Julia K, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel, very sorry to hear about the damage to you car. Under the circumstances, I wish our staff had been more accommodating to your request to take the shuttle outside of our normal service area. I have meet with our Valet... More

The rooms are comfortable and offer plenty of space. Having the extra sitting room is great, especially since it borders the hallways and center area, thus making the bedrooms quieter. Unfortunately for some of our group, a new bar opened up across the street which didn't care about the noise regulations which the city imposes. The manager of the hotel... More

Embassy Suites provides more room, even for just 2 people. If one wants to read or stay up and watch television, it is a great solution. Also, if a mother and son are traveling together, it makes that possible. I love having the breakfast downstairs whenever you are ready.

There were multiple problems with my recent stay at this hotel for business. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful in answering questions. We were confirmed for King rooms and were given Doubles (which were short and uncomfortable)! First room I was given smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. Self-parking kiosk/gate entry did not work... More

I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment with out hotel. We are always looking to improve our customer service so that all of our valued guests will have the best memories of their stay with us. Unfortunately, the rooms that were booked with us were booked as Double Bedded rooms and though we tried very hard to accommodate... More
