Well, our first clue that we would have trouble with this hotel was when they refused to reserve us adjoining rooms. We showed up too early so were told to come back in an hour to check in. Then we ended up being too late. Hello? Customer service would tell you that you would make sure to give first priority... more

kWe wanted someplace our first night that wasconviently located for our late arrival from the airport. My mother and I arrived at Nashville airport around 9PM and I called the hotel for the complimentary shuttle, as advertised. I triped multiple times, but received no answer. I finally reached the front desk and was advised to wait by the limo sign... more

The Hyatt Place concept is a good one. Large room with sleeping area separated from sitting area by half wall. 42" HDTV on swivel so can be viewed from bed or sitting area. Sitting area is large L shaped sofa with leather ottoman--very functional. Wet bar with coffee maker. Desk with functional chair. Vanity outside bathroom. Quality continental breakfast with... more

The rooms at Hyatt Place are great. There was lots of room for our family of six (not to mention a place for us to all sleep). It would have been nice to have an indoor pool, but oh well. The complimentary breakfast was a few essentials. You can pay for more. The staff was helpful. We were given a... more

This hotel is great. There were other things we wanted to do in Nashville but couldn't decide whether or not to stay. After being at this hotel for a hour or so we booked for the next night also. The rooms are nice and roomy which was great since we had two teenage daughters with us. The tv was huge.... more

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel while in town for the Titans-Jets game and were very impressed with the rooms for the price. The separate living and sleeping areas made the room seem larger, and I would definitely recommend this place if you plan on being in Nashville for a longer stay (a week or so) because layout... more

This was our first time staying at a Hyatt Place. We booked on Priceline for $50 and it was worth every penny and then some. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spotless with lots of nice features. The bed was comfy and there was a large flat panel TV. The desk area (with free internet) was well... more

This was my first stay in a Hyatt Place and in some ways, it exceeds a stay at a Hyatt proper! Fast, courteous check-in, with a wonderful, modern/hip reception area. Free computer use in the lobby. Comfortable couches to hang out in. Bar/coffee. The room itself was spacious with a unique layout. Extremely comfortable beds. Wonderful huge built-in couch. Everything... more

After staying at 3 Hyatt Place's while on a road trip, I have to say that the Nashville Airport location was my favorite. Staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and giving directions. Airport location is right off of I-40 which is convenient. Room was fresh smelling and very clean. Room had the typical Hyatt... more

The staff was very courteous and efficient. The room was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and we really liked the 42" flat screen tv. The separate livingroom are was so comfortable and I liked the fact that you could turn the tv toward the bedroom or the livingroom. The hotel is in a good location that is surrounded by... more
