Jennifer at front desk was friendly and professional and made our stay that much better. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Recommend you stay inside facing the atrium, rooms facing out are very noisy. A free shuttle runs to the big hotel and the Mills, very convenient! All the staff were polite and pleasant and happy... Wonderful stay

We spent two nights at The Inn at Opryland and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff hospitable. We had a room facing the atrium, so we did hear some noise from the pool. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. It was our 32nd wedding anniversary. Check-in was very pleasant. The recent name change did not change my opinion of this property, where I stayed once before while attending a convention across the street at the monstrous but overbooked Gaylord Opryland Hotel. First off, the hotel is called THE INN AT OPRYLAND....it's not a Radisson anymore...it's a Marriott Property and is also contracted by Gaylord Hotels.... So, when you tell someone Radisson at Opryland, your going to get a strange look...
