The hotel will provide a solid, clean, and comfortable stay if that's all you need and are budget conscience. I don't think id stay for a long vacation as the rooms seem small and our bathroom was tiny.

Rooms were clean and amenities are great. Way too pricey for small room and no complimentary breakfast. The location is good for Opryland, but not good for distances for anything in downtown Nashville and surrounding areas. The shuttle bus was also a plus. The restaurant downstairs was great and had live music. Also they had complimentary wifi.

We arrived Sunday July 13th to Nashville and stayed at this hotel for 5 night . The hotel was clean and our room was an exterior king . The noise level from outside was not heard inside of the room as some had mentioned . The air conditioning worked well and thanks for that as we had temperatures in the... More

Our room smelled like mold and mildew, I though I was going to be sick. If you are not careful you will trip on the tub that is higher than the floor. Stepping out of the tub is worse, both my wife and I almost fell.

I stayed one night but had been put off by some negative reviews. I was doing a site visit for a meeting being planned and was concerned by other reviews I read. Hotel staff were very nice, helpful and responsive. Room was comfortable, mattress very comfortable, bathroom is small but not bad (reviews definitely overstated this) and I had an... More

For a Marriott property this was very disappointing...I think when Marriott setup the marketing franchise agreement they should have sent the whole staff to Marriott training. I didn't feel like I was dealing with usual friendly Marriott staff. I don't blame them really because every time I went to the front desk the line was long and they were understaffed.... More

The outside appearance looks very outdated, but when you step on the inside they have did a lot of updates. Please make sure you request a inside roomm because those rooms have been updated and the outside rooms needs some tender-loving care. The plus side of things it is located close to the Opryland Mall, driving about 3 minutes, walking... More

For a marriott property very disappointing. Noise level Of the outside rooms are so so loud. Buses, taxis and cars up and down the highway all the time. The idling of the shuttles is terrible. The loud in door ac unit is annoying. Getting in the bathroom is ridiculous. Have to open door into bathroom to step over toilet then... More

High humidity made the room smell worse than a gym locker and carpet in the room turned your feet black. Had to choose between freezing in order to mellow the stink or almost un breathable dank smell. Ended up buying a bottle of fabrez and 5 pounds of kitty litter to absorb some of the smell. Entertainment at the grill... More
