This hotel is in a great location - Opryland, Nashville TN. It is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. It has a free shuttle that takes you to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, General Jackson Cruise, Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall. For $5 one way, you can contact Tommy Tours, Jerry is the driver that shuttles you back... more

Had we not booked through Priceline, we probably would not have stayed @ this hotel. But My wife & I were so glad we did. The Outside looks like a rough, outdated, motel. However, inside is beautiful & the staff was incredible. The Pool is perfectly heated inside the atirum, with 2 hottubs. Our room was inside just off the... more

RATISON 1. We arrived early to attend Chess Super Nationals 2009. The rooms were not ready (fine we were early) so I informed reservation desk we would return after the Chess tournaments last rounds. I ask that they note we requested a refrig for medical reasons during booking. My 9yr. old child is HFI he may not eat any form... more

The room was priced very competetively for the location. The entire facility was clean and very nice. I will stay there again when I return next year. more

Very accommodating staff, genuine in their appeals. Rooms are a little too basic. Good place for a business meeting though. Right across the street from Gaylord Opryland, the Grand Ole Opry, and Opry Mills Mall. One nice bonus is that they offer free bus service to the other hotel, Opry Mills/General Jackson, and Grand ole Opry. And the fee for... more

Let me just give you a run down of our experience: Booked interior, king sleep number bed about 2 months prior to our stay. Check in time is 3 pm, my husband and I arrived at 1 pm. I went to front desk and told them we had arrived, but told them we would not be checking in until later... more

We called and booked this room at the last minute to travel to Nashville to see the lights at the Opryland Hotel. This property is located directly outside the entrance to the Opryland Hotel. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and makes it easy for you to go to all the festive activities and to Opry Mills... more

We stayed at the Radisson Opyland from Nov. 30 - Dec. 3, 2008 as part of the Gaylord Opryland Country Christmas package. The only reason that we chose to stay here instead of the Gaylord resort was because the Radisson is a pet friendly hotel and my mother and father in law never leave their dog anywhere! The hotel was... more

Strengths - great location, shuttle to the Gaylord Hotel and OpryMIlls, nice customer service associates, bed slept well, and nice lobby. Weaknesses - carpet needs replacing, few channels on outdated TV, entire room needs updating. If you go for the strengths listed, you will enjoy yourself. If you like to relax while in your room, you may be alittle disappointed.... more

Cheked in on September 18th only to find out they did not have our reservation, which we did on line (and had a copy of)--guaranteed with our debit card. Lady at desk (who seem very confused) said they would still give us a room and were checked in after quite an ordeal at front desk. Stayed three nights--room was very... more
