Although the location was great, paying $319.00 for a room to put your head down in a room that was not as good as a Hampton Inn, I found disappointing. They charged us an additional $28.00 a day for parking as well. The towels were not plush and for that price, I expected nice towels! Even Hampton Inn's beds are... More

We just spent three nights here to see a little bit of Nashville .the hotel is ideally placed to be able to walk to everything.the room was very clean with plenty of room for what we needed.staff were very friendly and efficient ,from checkin to giving advice on cafe,s and bars and other Nashville highlights. We had a light meal... More

The cleanest hotel I have found in Nashville. Perfect location for all things downtown. This is not an inexpensive hotel but in Nashville you definitely get what you pay for and to try to stay cheap is a mistake. The room was clean, clean, clean and really comfortable. We stayed on the 14th floor which gave us a really nice... More

Nothing about this place that I would change. Not your run of the mill cookie cutter hotel, the decor was original and inviting with spacious, airy, rooms and the place has a lot of history if you're interested in reading about it. There was a nice restaurant/lounge with live music at night and the staff was extremely friendly. It was... More

Spent 2 nights in Nashville. Check-in staff friendly and professional. Left a Do Not Disturb sign on the door which was respected. Called desk to request housekeeping at 11AM while out for the day. Got back to uncleaned room at 4:30PM. Called again to request housekeeping to arrive at 6 while we were out for dinner. Housekeeping arrives at 5PM... More

I stayed here for one night whilst passing through Nashville, and from the moment I stepped through the door I felt really welcome. The lobby was really stylish, whilst maintaining an industrial warehouse feel which really fit with the vibe of the city. The room was really large and really nicely decorated. There was also a large bathroom with a... More

From handling a reservation glitch to the actual stay, this is my new hotel (and possibly chain) favorite. The hotel itself is boutique, central downtown, old renovated bank building. Modern decor/architecture/furniture, comfortable younger vibe. Definitely focused on making a stay relaxed, no gauging on amenities, outstanding toiletries, generous large and very comfortable room. Aveda toiletries and decent coffee in room.... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights with 5 friends on a tip around the US. Rooms were very large and modern inside. Location was great with Printers Alley next door and only a couple of blocks from Broadway. Hotel has a car park attached which was good when we had a couple of vehicles. The bar at the hotel... We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for a bachelorette party weekend and for the most part, we were very satisfied. The glitch was that were 4 of us in our room and upon arrival, had towels, hygiene items and coffee set-ups for 2. We did call down and were taken care of. A bit more annoying was the fact that... We stayed for 3 nights This hotel is all about design, and from the lobby to the bar / restaurants, to the rooms, the hotel has a funky stylish feel. Most of the other hotels in the area seemed to be large bland chains and this one felt special. We had a King room with super king bed for $280... More
