Booked 6 nights through hotels.com. During the stay while walking downtown over the bridge I was robbed. The thief took my cell phone which I was concerned he would have access to emails and financial accounts. After being victimized we decided to leave early and return home to manage my financial accounts to make sure the thief couldn't gain access.... More

The location is too far to walk to broadway . They offer shuttles but good luck on that . He finally dropped us off but never came back to where he told us to wait . In fact he drove by us and chose to ignore us jumping and waving . We took a cab and the desk guy said... More

Very disappointed in this hotel. It is rundown, boring, our king room is small & confining and the smell is terrible! We had no other place to go as everything else was booked up and over priced. We should have spent more $ to get a nicer hotel or stayed out of the city. The air conditioner works at least.... More

The best attraction of this hotel is the guitar shaped poor, which is pretty cool. Other then this feature it does not offer much only a headache for travelers. I just stayed this past weekend, and we locked out deadbolt in the room and went out the pool door because we saw it had a room key thing on the... More

We decided to take a spur of the moment trip Nashville to hear some live music for the weekend. Most downtown hotels in the $200-$300 price range were already booked - and we really wanted to be able to walk to downtown. This was literally the ONLY hotel under $600 a night I could find within walking distance - so... More

Ok, we booked this hotel because it looked close enough to downtown and it was like $50 a night cheaper that where our friends were staying. Having never been to Nashville, we thought maybe we could still walk downtown, and you could, but it would have taken a bit and it was way to hot to get that ugly before... More

We booked this hotel through hotels.com. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was with another customer and seemed to be treating her a little rudely. When it was my turn, the clerk informed us that there was a $12 parking fee per day. Having not being told this I asked why I was being charged to park at their... More

I brought my sister to Nashville for her Birthday and we choose to stay at the Ramada because it was decently priced and not far from the Broadway strip. It was a terrible experience from the moment we checked in. First, the front desk people were rude and even after I confirmed our reservation on the way down, they said... More
