I recently stayed at the HGI for 2 nights. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are nice but the street noise is a problem especially at night. My room was on the 6th floor and I was woken several times during the night by passing ambulances and cars. The hotel sits right on a major road, one would... more

My mother and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for an overnight shopping trip. Obviously, we are not particularly cheap people since the purpose of our trip was shopping, but there were numerous fees attached to our hotel room that were above and beyond ridiculous. First of all, it was $18.00 just to park overnight. We then ordered two... more

Not the closest hotel, but still walkable especially to the Peabody side of Vanderbilt. Typical Garden Inn although the room felt somewhat small with two beds. Large TV. Nice indoor pool. Staff friendly. Rate was good for special event weekend. Charge for parking. more

Nice rooms, but you pay for it. Its great for meetings and conferences. Probably wouldnt pick it if i was coming with my kids. The front clerks were helpful, and I had a good night sleep in the quiet rooms and comfortable beds. more

Stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was brand new and spacious. Close to all the attractions in Nashville. Only draw back was that the parking costs $18. Seemed a bit high for the area, but otherwise safe and secure parking. more

My wife and I, along with several other friends/family, stayed here to attend our son's wedding. Not only is the hotel beautiful and convenient to downtown activities, but the service was terrific! The front desk even allowed the wedding party to drop off our tuxedos after the wedding to be picked up the next day...a life saver! Great stay! more

We were traveling with several teenagers for a youth convention, and I feel as if the front desk staff was anticipating our arrival with dread and expected to have trouble with our group before they had ever met us. They weren't exactly rude, but less than welcoming. Two days into our stay, a hotel employee with a guest tried to... more

This HGI is brand new. Everything is typical Hilton Garden Inn. Great task chair, comfy bed. Nice stand-up shower stall (who uses a bathtub anyway?). The TV's are nice LCD, although the TV listing card did not match the actual TV channels. A minor annoyance. Also, the "digital" channels on the TV; none of them came in high-def, which I... more

This place is great! My husband and I arrived with no prior reservations, the front desk attendants were courteous, friendly and more than accomodating... The hotel is new, so of course it is extremely presentable! And upon arrival to our room, the gentleman who checked us in had sent chocolate covered strawberries with whip cream to us as an anniversary... more
