From entering the fun, hip lobby and dealing with the awesome staff at check-in you will head up to a room that can be filled with ANY amenity you could think of- just call ahead and they'll have it all ready. For us, we had a fruit & cheese tray ready along with a pet fish for our stay and... More

My husband and I had to take our 2 year old son to Vanderbilt for a doctor's appointment. We decided to stay at Hotel Preston the night before due to our long travel. I had searched the internet for a reasonable rate and found this hotel. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. They were very nice from the time we... More

This is a boutique hotel, which means it is quirky and different, not your cookie cutter chain. We had a very nice stay here, and will definately make this our "go to" hotel in Nashville. I can't speak highly enough about the beds, they were fabulous. The bathroom is a tad small, but nicely appointed. The guest relations staff was... More

This hotel was a nice surprise. We arrived late and check-in was flawless. The rooms were very very big and artsy. We had the steak breakfast the following morning, it was to die for! Very pleased and will return.

We stayed at the Hotel Preston for the night of our wedding. The rooms are not soundproof, at all, so we heard everything anyone did or said in the hallway. The worst part was that a group of people decided to congregate late (after midnight).

Stayed here on a whim while attending a car show and was amazingly surprised. This is a high quality refurb of some chain hotel. Outstanding pillow menu along with fresh flowers in the room everyday. High quality furnishing throughout. First class desk/room service.

Saying the kids menu was limited would be an understatement. Main menu only two steak options at 30&31 dollars way to pricey. Overall I enjoyed my stay and so did my ten year old daughter though we both agree we would not stay here again based on menu options and prices.

I was not impressed with this hotel. It was dark and decorated kind of odd. I felt nervous to go down to the fitness room alone. We would not choose to stay here again.

Seems this place has some issues with consistency. Some love it and find no flaws. Others find it to be somewhat dirty and smelly. Sadly, I found it to be a mixed bag experience. The Good: nice pillow selections, comfy firm beds, good coffee and great tea in the room, nice view of downtown in the distance. The Bad: Charging... More
