I would like to set the record straight on this hotel. If you're looking for a typical boutique hotel, this isn't it. However, if you you like "out of the ordinary" you may dig this hotel. The hotel's decor is quite usual. Hallway artwork ranges from country stars to 1920 circus performer mounted off-centered in their frames to 1950 holographic... More

This hotel was booked for me by my client. I had stayed at other Nashville hotels but never this place. Upon arrive I noticed right off how busy this place was, music was blaring from the lounge, ok the desk said it would end and it did but the party was in full swing. Lots of people in the lobby... It was a good place to stay but not 3.5 star. I would give it a weak 3 stars. NOTHING stood out about this hotel, good or bad, it is just about average. I won't stay there again. The staff was nice. The place was pretty clean. The workout room was HOT. They had fans going but it wasn't enough.... More

Recently stayed at hotel Preston and enjoyed our stay. We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel clean and modern. The only thing that irritated me was the front desk said they have a cab company that is cheaper to use that works with them. The funny thing is they actually were more expensive. Also, this company did not answer... More

Booked a room for 4 nights left after 2. This hotel needs a complete over haul….hallway carpet is worn and needs replacing. The room needs rejuvenating, carpet was stained and worn the tile in the bathroom was gross and the walls are paper thin. Someone tried entering our room in the middle of the night. I wondered why there are... More

Had a great time here when we stayed for the CMA Country Music Festival. Loved the feel of the hotel and the staff was very courteous and attentive. When we had an issue with the plumbing in our bathroom, we were moved and settled into a new room very quickly. Thanks for the great experience!

Stayed here for one night with my husband, 2 year old son and our chocolate lab. We were moving from NC to CA and chose this hotel because it looked cool/different and they were running a promotion where pets stayed free. It was over Memorial Day weekend and there were lots of groups and events at the hotel, including the... More

In reading recent reviews, I must not have stayed at the same place they did. I did not see any of the issues several others seemed to have. Other than being overpriced, I found the hotel to be very clean, fairly modern, and a great staff. I took a little one with me although it was a business trip, and... More

Our trip was business related. Room was paid for in advance. They charged my credit card $550 anyway. I am still waiting to find out that it is all cleared up. I could deal with the stained, worn out, mismatched furniture. I could deal with the small rooms with no frig. I overlooked the terrible location. I ignored the foul... More

You can tell this a worn property that owners are trying to retro rehab. Cheesy chandeliers, light up boobs, red cowskin elevator walls---There's a strange dampness in the rooms, almost like floor was wet. We walked on a towel by bathroom..retro chair in room was not useful. Couldnt sit in with ease or comfort. Pets are welcome at this property.... More
