We stayed for two nights, and wished we could stay longer. The beds are extremely comfortable, the house very tastefully decorated with lots of space, and the breakfasts are totally delicious, Linda is a great cook! It was totally quiet and peaceful, and although is on a road, you cannot hear the traffic at all, as it is well set... more

We had a large group of women who "took over" the B&B for a weekend. Linda and Darryl were awesome, taking care of our needs and providing wonderful breakfasts. more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Daisy Hill, Nashville and the family that run this amazing B&B!! I am moving my son here to intern before finishing his under graduate degree, and Darrell and Linda not only made us feel welcome, cooked fabulous meals and tended to all of our needs, but drove us around the neighborhood to fine... more

It's odd to read the previous review, since our visits overlapped - I remember enjoying breakfast with the reviewer's group - but we encountered none of the same problems, possibly because I had different expectations. One does pay up front; breakfast varied but we did have scarmbled eggs to days in a row (which was fine), and I arrived for... more

On arriving the first thing required was full payment and not even shown to our two rooms that had been booked. Same for breakfast each morning, asked if we wanted orange juice and then when all four of us said yes, the answer came back, haven't got enough for all of you but I could open the mango. Would not... more

We were at the Daisy Hill for a short time (2 nights), but it was a great experience. We had never stayed in a B&B before. We are timeshare owners, so we usually stay in a condo. Linda and Darrell were very nice and helpful. Their home is just beautiful. I didn't see the two other rooms, but ours was... more

I thoroughly enjoyed being at Daisy Hill. The room was lovely, the bed excellent, the bathroom delightful. The house is beautiful and the garden in back is a delight. Morning coffee is high-quality and delicious and with breakfast we also had fresh tasty fruit every morning. Water and soft drinks were available for our use all the time, which was... more

I stayed at this B&B for a couple of nights when I sold my house, located in the same neighborhood. I had lived there for a number of years and can vouch for the neighborhood's charm and walkability. It's close to Vanderbilt, about a 25-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. You can also walk to the restaurants at Hillsboro... more

Regretfully, I didn't and got stuck with a charge for one night's stay plus the stiff 17% taxes for cancelling 5 days ahead instead of 7. Buyer beware. Everyone's out for a fast buck. more

The owner seemed upset when we arrived a couple hours early in the afternoon - even though I attempted to call 3 times and never got anyone on the phone. We were rushed to our room and then immediately to payment - the owner did not care to make us comfortable, show us around or ask questions...just sign for the... more
