Everyone was gracious and welcoming; the rooms were spacious and comfortable; the location was perfect! We sometimes stay at Renaissance when in Nashville but the Hermitage is in a class by itself --- smaller, more intimate. You don't feel like a small peg here, they make you feel special! more
