I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I was in Nashville attending a convention and hadn't had good stays at Starwood Hotels in the past, but this was exceptional. The food was great in banquets, the only problem was with one of my credit cards but the nice man in accounting treated my problem as if it was... more

I just completed an entire week stay at the Sheraton Music City. It was quite an enjoyable stay! The staff at the hotel makes it. They are friendly and accomodating. It makes the time away from home enjoyable. The property is very clean and the food is great. I spend a lot of time traveling to this location and this... more

I stayed at the Sheraton for a conference and wasn't impressed. I checked in late, crawling up to the room I found cigarette ashes in the tub, on the shower soap dish, and the sink seemed like someone washed their dirty hands in it without rinsing it out. The bed linens smelled weird...not stinky but not anything I wanted in... more

Wow...what a great experience! Maybe it could be the fact that I was expecting a really bad stay but in all honesty I cannot complain about one portion of my trip. The front desk staff obviously have been trained because they were very service oriented, especially Sarah. She offered great suggestions for downtown nightlife and is really a nice girl... more

This place should tip the photographer. They made this place look much better than it is. If you're going to an event in this hotel, you are in luck. The business facilities are first rate. The rooms are bad. Name it: carpet, bathrooms, noise, view (of roof ac unit), heating/cooling was horrible. Also, this is a big property with security... more

My stay at the Sheraton was not very restful.....Granted, the place is gorgeous......I just wasn't happy with my room at all. I wanted to sleep and the maids were whooping it up in the hallway outside my room, I was right next to a service elevator and the banging was ridiculous. It seemed like they were doing it on purpose... more

I booked this hotel based on good reviews on this site, and also got a good rate that included room service breakfast and late checkout. We stayed for three nights right after Christmas. The front desk staff were always understaffed and poorly trained. There were problems with the breakfast coupons. The woman checking us in didn't have the correct ones... more

Beautiful lobby decorated for the holiday season but the room left a lot to be desired. The towels were worn and hard, the room dusty and there was hair in the bathroom sink. My room rate was a steal at $129 and included late check out and breakfast, so possibly I received the raunchiest room in the place... Won't stay... more

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not friendly at all. When we got to our room, the carpet was extremely dirty and the bathroom sink actually had mold in it. We had to use the pull out sofa and when I opened it up, there were actually someone's used sheets and blanket in there. I had our car valet... more

My stay at the Sheraton Music City hotel was great. The lobby is beautiful and my room was spacious...probably the biggest hotel room in which I've ever stayed. The bed was HUGE and comfy even though I had them remove the feathers since I'm allergic to down. The only downside was a small one. My room was a bit close... more
