As my wife and I checked into the hotel on 10/30/09, I explained to the desk clerk that my wife was disabled, and her ADA service dog would accompany us in our room. At that point the Clerk insisted that I sighn a "pet checklist", and we would be moved to a pet floor. I explained that the dog was... more

We stayed here for one night, and would definitely stay again (if being downtown wasn't a priority). The hotel is elegant, very spacious, and the beds are super, super comfortable. We had a view of the courtyard and a little porch, which was nice. The room itself was huge. There are computers in the lobby for use, and the staff... more

When I checked in, they had me down for one night when I had reserved 2. I was assured it was sorted no issues with my key, housekeeping would not be bugging me asking if I was leaving today, etc. That was not the case. I was bugged by housekeeping despite my DND sign. The evening staff was wonderful. I... more

Booked this hotel for 2 nights through Priceline and got half off the regular rate. The hotel is large and the parking lot is far from the entrance. The lot also fills at night, so if you come in late, you are even more at a disadvantage. The hotel is very clean and the lobby elegant and welcoming. The staff... more

Great hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful, and never failed to speak when passed in hallways. HD TV left a little to be desired, as the picture was not as crisp as HD should be. Beds are to DIE for SOFT pillows and bed covers will keep an eskimo warm in an icestorm. If you like a firmer pillow,... more

My husband has business in Nashville and stays here quite frequently. Now that our daughter is attending Vanderbilt University, we will stay here even more often. Many parents like to stay in hotels closer to the school, but the 20-minute drive to downtown Nashville to the Sheraton Music City is well worth it. Everything about the hotel is great--the lobby,... more

The hotel was beautiful, on a beautiful property. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is a five minute drive to downtown Nashville and a two minute drive to the airport. I did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant. more

I had a last minute business trip to Nashville, and needed to stay near the airport. I got a room for $59. I got my SPG Gold upgrade to a huge room, double bedded, which makes me feel guilty when traveling alone. The parking was free, the room was large, it had a balcony, the Sheraton bed is really comfortable,... more

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and great for the airport, although quite far from the centre of Nashville. more
