We loved the location of the hotel and the room is very clean. Our disappointment was that there was no cookies in our room. I thought this was a doubletree trade mark. Paying over $200 for a night stay and we couldn't get a couple cookies? Very disappointing:(

The experience was stress-free, and pleasant. We had no problems with service and our room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was always someone available to give directions and suggestions for a good time in the City.

Unfortunately there had been a water related problem that affected a few floors. Staff were doing their best to dry up the moisture with as little inconvenience as possible but the fans were noisy and obstructive. We had to ask for our cookie, and it took them 4 days to vacuum the hallway where someone had made a mess of their cookies! Poor management. Housekeeping was horrible. Don't plan to return nor recommend to family and friends. Hotel flooded while we were there. No apologies from management for our inconvenience. We didn't expect any discounts, etc. Just a sincere apology for the mess on our floor that we had to live with for five nights!

The Doubletree staff took some time checking us in, but offered free food vouchers to make up for the mis-communication. They worked quite hard to get my party adjoining rooms. Hotel was very standard - nothing special but in a good part of town.

Overall the hotel feels a bit run down. Room wasn't dirty but worn. Construction on the 2-3 floors but didn't hear it & maybe they're trying to improve stuff? Business center was a joke - no fax or copy machine & no staff to help. Convenient to downtown but won't be returning.

We were overall very pleased with the hotel and staff. Our check in was very quick and they took care of our baggage immediately. We also received an upgrade, which was above and beyond what we expected. We got great service and the location is wonderful!

The title said it all. We were expecting a great stay at this facility being part of Hilton.
