Staff was awfull!! Forgot coffee, wake up call, front desk wouldnt answer phone because she was busy on the computer in lobby while on her cell. Maids outside smoking during our check in and out. more

The Comfort Inn is at a fantastic location, with nearby restaurants such as Bob Evans and Applebee's, all within walking distance. We actually walked to the Gaylord Hotel but it's a good ways especially in 90 degree weather. There is also a wax museum nearby and the Dukes of Hazard Museum. We were satisfied with our 1 night stay at this hotel. The hallways were worrisome while walking to our room. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had more offerings than normal. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this motel. more

We stayed at several Quality Inns on this trip and all were great except this one. We arrived at 4:00 pm and the hall was in total dissarray with noise, dehumidifiers, remodeling and the heat from dryers. The room itself was fine.
