I would like to say that the hotel staff was the best i have experienced. Every employee was helpful, courteous, and seemed to be happy to be there. I could not go anywhere on the property without running into a smiling face and a polite greeting from the staff. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone looking for... More

The valets were exceptional, friendly and curtious. Upon arrival I was greated with smiles and enthusiasm from the front desk with clear directions to my room on the 8th floor which had a balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was neat and clean, the toilet was a little loud when you flushed which wouldn't be a big deal for me except... More

I made a recent weekend trip to Nashville, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff, and location was great. The shuttle service was very helpful. I valeted my car when I arrived on a Thursday, and didn't touch it again until I checked out on Sunday. The valet guys were great and very helpful. I will definitely be staying... More

It's a good hotel but for the asking price ($100+ per night) it could stand a solid renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast buffet decent at $9.95, but parking a bit steep. There are lots of good places to eat in the area within walking distance but few that were less than $20 per person. If you just... More

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I also want to thank you for complimenting our staff, as they truly make an effort to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist our guests. As far as our rooms go, we do have an extensive renovation planned for the end of the year. Though we... More

Loved this hotel. Shuttle Bus available to take you to music row. Be sure and check at Jacks BBQ. Or plently of resturants within walking distance if you did not drive. However the Valet Parking is best if you do drive. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Coffee was great and was hot at all hours. Hot tub is... More

We stayed here on a family shopping trip. Arrived about 11:00 p.m. after shopping all day. We stayed in a corner room on the end of the building. We heard every sound in the place. The traffic is loud, the water pipes are louder and you hear every door open and close. I'm a fairly sound sleeper but the noise... More

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Since the major flood in May of 2010, Nashville has been doing major repairs on various water and drainage systems. I apologize for the street noise as I do know that the city was working on the main water lines all the way down West End Avenue during the time... More

I travel to the West End part of Nashville often for business. This hotel is convenient to my office, and as a Marriott Rewards member I stay at the Courtyard whenever I am in Nashville. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are quiet (at least in the back building where I stay), and the beds are comfortable. That's all... More

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We are planning to "spruce up" the hotel throughout 2012, with the full renovation being complete by the end of January 2013. Next time you are in town, please check with us at the front desk as there are a few Nashville renowned breakfast places in the area. More

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Fantastic front office, housekeeping and dining room staffs. Hotel is clean but the facility needs to be renovated and updated. Furniture in rooms is outdated and worn. Closet doors were off the rails, exterior doors to balconies did not operate properly and some did not lock. Food was good. Room heating units in our... More

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff; they are truly the cream of the crop. Though our rooms are very clean, I will agree that they are in need of an update. We do have a full renovation scheduled in 2012; please contact me personally for additional details.... More

Seriously. I usually book Courtyards because I can count on what I'm getting: comfort, updated, easy to get in and out of, reasonable rates. This one in Vanderbilt is really disappointing. The parking is a mess and more expensive than many larger cities. Decor is awful. I understand they are/will be remodeling, but how about offering a lower rate in... More

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Yes, we are in fact a Courtyard. As with any large city parking is limited and though we do charge for parking we are one of the few hotels in the area that offer a discounted self-parking option. As far as the slow internet service, we have recently upgraded our... More

Hotel is in a great location. There are good restaurants and bars near the hotel adn downtown is a short drive. The Hotel is a bit confusing to navigate at first but not to bad once you get used to it. The best place to stay is on the 5th floor of the new building. The hotel gets a lot... More
