Room was very clean..Gary at the from desk was great...Whether I was coming or going Gary always addressed me by my name...was very impressed by that...Pool is nice...Location is great if you have a child attending Vanderbilt University just a 5 minute walk to the University.

Our family of four, two adults and two children aged 9 & 5 stayed in a very clean comfortable double room with a nice view over looking the pool. Gary in reception was very helpful. The free downtown shuttle was really good also. Reason why I didn't give excellent was a couple of reason, on one trip downtown the shuttle... More

Lisa K is awesome..... I never have had such a good time checking in. We had a group of 8 that arrived early for a wedding. Lisa K checked all of us in with a ton of energy and laughs. I would described her as "East Coast authority with some Southern Charm". Hotel is clean and updated. Plenty of room.... More

I stayed here for two nights while on a business trip. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent for its walkability to restaurants and entertainment. My only criticism was that the room was quite noisy at night due to the live music nearby. The hotel provided earplugs, which did make a significant difference.

About the staff, specifically Lisa K: Lisa K is a huge asset to this hotel. She is customer service personified. I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End the weekend of July 10th. The day before my stay, I called to request an early check in and for my room location to be near my friends. I was... More

We needed a room off the highway to sleep then hit the road again. There were a couple of places within walking distance where we could get food after 10:00 pm. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. A good value. The valet was especially helpful too. There is construction on one side of the building you may want to... More

I recently traveled to Nashville for my 30th birthday. A group of us went and stayed in three rooms. The hotel was very accommodating from the very beginning! Although we were not able to get transportation to and from the airport, they do have a shuttle that takes you within a three mile radius. We arrived at 8:30 am and... More

Before booking a trip to Nashville, I took a look at the downtown hotel prices and about fainted, seriously $350+ night. When I looked on Marriott's site and found this hotel priced at $239, which was still more than I wanted to pay, however the same hotel was listed on Hotels.com for $179 which was far more appealing than the... We stayed here one night as a get away to go into the city for a night of music. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They even switched us to a room closer to the pool since we mentioned we wanted to check it out. The parking was pretty pricey but it was convenient and... More

Very pricey just like every hotel in downtown Nashville. I feel like it's little outrageous to charge almost $160 for a room then charge $26 to park. Also, my family and I stayed here to be close to Vanderbilt bc we had a loved one that was dying and the location was very close to the hospital. We were told... More

Hello Kerri, I appreciate you taking the time to let us know your concerns and I hope that all is better with your family. Unfortunately parking is a challenge in the Vanderbilt area and all of our competitors charge for it as well. We would love to have the opportunity to discuss this with you if your would like to...
