We won 2 nights at Courtyard Nashville Vanderbilt/West End at an auction and paid $150. We found this to be a really good deal considering what we received. The check-in process was easy and the front desk folks were personable and friendly. Parking was free and in a locked garage with room key access directly next to the hotel. They... more

We stayed at the Courtyard for 7 nights in September. The stay was excellent as far as the Hotel was concerned. Reception and Car Valet service were excellent. The only complaint I had regarding the hotel was that they ran out of eggs at breakfast one day, the hotel was full of Ladies soccer teams at the time. The other... more

Great experience at this hotel! We wanted to be within walking distance of the Broadway honky-tonks, etc. but couldn't afford to stay that close. We got a great deal for this hotel, and it was an easy short drive down to the tourist areas. Several good places to eat within easy walking distance. VERY comfortable bed! We had a problem... more

The staff here was extremely friendly. The rooms, not huge, but well equipped & the pool is very nice, although it could use a few plants. The courtesy van is a great deal for sightseeing. A few complaints: My daughter forgot her toothbrush, so we asked for one at the desk & told one could be purchased in the little... more

Stayed here in mid June of 06. Check in was a nightmare. First try, they didn't have the room ready. We were there for a family reunion, so we put our luggage in the room of a relative who had been there the day before. Since we were blocked on the same hall, we figured we could go to Centennial... more

We had a very pleasant experience while staying at the Courtyard Vanderbilt. The hotel was nice enough for our tastes and convenient to both the downtown and Centennial Park (which we recommend visiting). The reason we are taking the trouble to write this review however is the outstanding staff we encountered. The front desk staff and others were always very... more

The hotel is exactly what you expect it to be - a place that has fairly comfortable rooms where everything works. It is in a nice location - there are loads of restaurants and bars nearby (Bound'ry, a New York deli) and right next to Vanderbilt. The staff are also generally helpful and friendly. The computer in the lobby with... more

The Courtyard Nashville West End is a solid choice for business travelers or those looking for a great stay at a reasonable price without some of the full-service features you'd find at the Loews or Marriott Vanderbilt (both of which are within five blocks of the hotel). The hotel was renovated in the last year and basically feels brand new.... more

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Nashville. Excellent and always smiling staff. Cannot say enough about the staff. Room was perfect. Very, very clean. Oversized pillows, very, very comfortable mattresses. They have a shuttle that will take you downtown or anywhere within a certain mile radius, and pick you up but only until 11 p.m. However, this was a... more

Moderately priced rooms, but very nice interior. Hotel seems brand new after renovations. Great first impression. Hotel staff was very sincere and evening management was very professional. I felt safe with the surroundings and personnel. Great eating choices within walking distance and very accurate front desk recommendations. I would give it two thumbs up! This staff is top-notch! Housekeeping left... more
