Went to N'Ville for the thanksgiving holiday weekend to do some shopping, sight seeing and spend time with family. This hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff.Check in was quick. The rooms we had seemed a little dated but were reasonable clean(bathroom could have used a little bleach around the grab bar) and the bed was very comfortable.Cont'l breakfast was adequate and... more

Everything was pretty great at the Fairfield Inn - Nashville - except for THE KNOCK! Our last night there, around 3:30 in the morning someone knocked twice on our door and then slid our bill and a survey under the door! I felt this was quite unnecessary! Our party included two women and a small child. We were traveling in... more

I stayed at this hotel May 19 -23. I attended a conference and didn't want to pay the steep Opryland rates. The hotel was close to the Opryland Hotel and all area ammenities. Downtown was a fairly quick trip via the highway. The hotel was nice, nothing special. The rooms were a bit dated w/ furniture that looked like it... more

Another couple booked our rooms, and we weren't disappointed with our accommodations at all. Good location, nice room (big), free parking. Why go anyplace else? more

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn Opryland July 7-9 and what a disappointment that was! The lobby is a pit. The room was semi clean but the tub was nasty and when we pulled the covers back the on the bed the first night and the pillow had been urinated on!! It was disgusting! I complained to the hotel staff... more

This was one instance where the room was actually nicer than the lobby. It doesn't seem like that happens very often. Bed was quite comfy, room was clean, & they had a computer available in the lobby. The only downside I experienced was that the shuttle to the airport only leaves once an hour, so I had to wait much... more

We attended a conference at the Opryland center, did not want to pay the over-inflated prices at the Gaylord hotel (which is part of the convention center). This hotel was a very good alternative. Our room (208) was very clean, seemed updated if not fairly new. There were the obvious signs that this is not a "luxury" hotel, like a... more

We recently stayed in this hotel as part of a Road Trip round the Southern United States. The Fairfield is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and a reasonable sized pool. The only negative points I could find, apart from the fight for breakfast, where the location which looks like an industrial estate and the shuttle bus which was in... more

My husband and I just returned from a 3 day, 2 night weekend stay at the Fairfield Inn, Nashville Opryland area. We flew in at 8:30 a.m., called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to the airport to get us. We stored our bags in a secure area and then took the MTA bus downtown. We got back to... more
