The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have some hot items included. more

I stayed at the Hyatt on Friday night while on my summer vacation to Nashville. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and I loved the room. It was very spacious, clean and quiet!! The only downside was the continental breakfast. The fruit did not taste very good, the coffee was horrible (which was surprising since it was Starbucks). I... more

The Hyatt Place is across the street & down the road about a minute from the Gaylord Opry Land hotel/convention center, right off the highway. They have a free shuttle too which is perfect because parking @ Opry Land is $18. The room s are HUGE, very nice to have space. My husband was there for a convention so I... more

Hyatt Place works well for our family with three older teens. Everyone always has a nice bed. Bathroom is very small but the sinks (bar and vanity) are outside the bathroom so that helps. This Hyatt Place had a slight plumbing problem with the tub draining as well as it should, but once reported, the problem was fixed immediately. Maid... more

We chose the Hyatt for it's location near Opryland. I was very impressed from themoment we entered, the staff is friendly & helpful. The room was very nice, a separate living area with a sectional sofa, plasma TV, desk, and refrigerator. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. I would certainly stay recommend the Hyatt more

We stayed here for 4 nights to see Nashville and Opryland. It is a good choice because the room is large, great TV and nice pool area. It is within walking distance of The Opryland Hotel ( or you can take the free shuttle) and a short drive from downtown. The only complaint is the breakfast is lacking and there is... more

We stayed in Nashville for 5 nights for a family vacation. We had read the reviews before the trip so we already were aware of the small bathroom and the continental breakfast. We felt that the bathroom was small but it wasn't that important. Our stay was a pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly and the pool was great.... more

This hotel was great! We were going to a show at the Opry and it was a 5 min drive and we were there. The King bed was wonderful and the pull out sofa for our 10yr old was just right. This is the best place to stay for the money to see Nashville and the Opry area without staying... more

Hotel near opryland. Alot of restaurants and other hotels close by. We would not stay here in the future even though received 50% off second day. Arrived 3:50 pm , they want you to check in at 4pm. Told room not ready, people stayed after checkout time and staff needed time to clean rooms. A bad sign. Waited 25 minutes... more
