We stayed here on a layover driving home to Illinois from South Carolina. In retrospect we probably should have stayed in the suburbs because we were too tired to take advantage of the vibrant downtown district. We used points for the room, but the equivalent rack rate would have been about $250 which is overpriced for the room itself, but... More

Three blocks to the Bridgestone arena, where I wanted to go. But I didn't realize going to and come from. I'd planned to go back to the hotel after picking up my ticket from the ticket office, I just couldn't get back up that big hill.So I ate on Broadway and saved myself that grueling trek back up the hill.If... This hotel is close to Nashville's tourist locations and the Bridgestone Arena. Broadway is just 2 blocks down the hill. It's just a block and a half to the Wild Horse, and 1/2 block to Printers Alley. They have a bistro in lobby and it is okay for a quick bite to eat or something to drink. I was there... More

This hotel is very convenient to any downtown Nashville location. Very easy to get to from I40. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. Definitely will stay there again when I'm in Nashville.

First, great location. Friendly staff - front desk and valet guys especially. Now, the not so great. The clock in the room wasn't set to the correct time. This isn't a huge deal, but it's a pet peeve of mine. After a long day of travel it's nice to be able to walk into your room and know the correct... More

i am a fan of Marriott. We had a great time downtown Nashville. Hotel is close to everything. If you can walk a few blocks, you can get to most of the famous bars/restaurants downtown. If you are headed to LP field, this is also very convenient. The Starbucks in the lobby is convenient. The hotel rooms are very small... More

We wanted to be in walking distance of several restaurants and the Ryman Auditorium and we picked this Marriott Courtyard. The location is excellent, in the former stock exchange building that was renovated to be a hotel. We loved the high ceiling in the breakfast room/bar. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Our suite was... More

Loyal Marriott user and this dies not deserve the name. Positives: Location, staff and lobby Negatives: rooms are dated, small, cheap sheets, terrible lighting, zero amenities. Paid over $300 a night and received motel six accommodations. Worst experience in over 200 nights at Marriott brand.

We stayed 6 nights on the 10th floor and had noise issues, motorcycles, sirens, horns, loud music, etc. every night we were there. The staff was very friendly & helpful and the rooms were clean. It is an old hotel that has had many renovations, small rooms & very small bathrooms.

Hotel rooms are very dated. Sofa felt like all the springs had gone, didn't attempt to walk on carpet bare footed, bathrooms very dark. We were only on floor 6 and gazes straight into another building. We were on Printers Alley side and never heard any noise. Only provide coffee in room. Not everyone likes coffee! Had to get up...
