Our company used the resort as an on site retreat and leadership meeting. The facilities were good. Typical hotel room, however extremely disappointed that my husband and I had a two double bed room. I understand that you are able to squeeze more people in that way, but in order to market to couples and businesses in the future this... More

I stayed at the Gaylord Opryland resort and Convention center; Cascades section first floor. I also paid the additional $18 per day resort fee. The convention center and common areas were awesome; wonderful places to walk and enjoy the botanical gardens. Also many dining options. We at Stax, a hamburger place, and the dining area in the Cascades area. Food... More

This hotel had lush landscaping including numerous waterfalls, unique flowers and nice walking paths. There are multiple places to eat. It is a large property with 3 distinct themed areas for rooms. Trying to pull up for check-in was too hectic which I bypassed traditional methods to unload my car and proceeded to customer service. After check-in I headed to... More

3 night stay for my wedding anniversary. Overall a fine stay. To be clear this place is gorgeous and enormous. If you're looking for a tourist hotel with lots of things to do, this is your place. If you're looking to chill in your room and enjoyed a beautiful room, not so much. Small rooms, outdated, and hearing others conversations... More

This place is amazing, and can't say enough about it. Service was great food is great shopping in great in a great city that is close to everything. A true country feel, and you do feel welcomed. The food was a little pricey but very good.

Whow. This hotel is fantastic. A village in itself. High prices but worth it. I would love to return to see more. They even have a boat that "sails" from one end of the property to the otherside. Loved the musical waterfall show.

My stay at this hotel was very good. I had a room that faced the Garden Conservatory which is what made the stay very good. Sitting on the room balcony enjoying the conservatory is delightful. Many restaurants but very pricy, (everything is pricy) and shopping available. I found the parking fee excessive and I think resort fees are simply a... More

The hotel could use a good update in customer service. I did not plan on a Disney World style wait of lines to check in or to use valet, etc The check-in and valet have not been planned efficiently! They all come into the same cattle drive style of 4 lanes. The very right lane allows employees only. Whether you're... More

First thing you need to know is that this hotel and it's grounds are absolutely huge. If you have mobility issues, look elsewhere. Staying here was like staying in a hotel in a theme park or in a hotel in Vegas. It had so many restaurants, shops and places to explore, you could spend your whole vacation in the hotel.... More
