Have stayed in this resort 3 times, have not had any major problems, wifi is slow and drops out, keys don't usually work for the swimming pool, and beds are ok some rooms have hard beds. but on the plus side the views are great, kids love the pool and jumping pillows, staff are helpful, rooms are clean overall we... We stayed in a ground floor Lakeside apartment for two nights last week and found the experience somewhat unusual. The receptionist gave us a rundown on the place and its advertised charms on arrival in a singsong voice exhaled in one breath, devoid of highlights or enthusiasm. The accommodation was fine, the kitchen well equipped and the bed comfortable, but... More

Have stayed at this complex twice now and both times have been great. Have had no problems with the staff or amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean. Free wifi is available and we had no problems with speed or dropouts. The 3 bedroom we stayed in recently had everything you could want plus a sensational view across the... More

We spent 3 days at the Resort. There were 6 of us in 2 rooms. We had a view over the playground (even though we asked for sea view). Rooms were clean, but one of the rooms had a terrible mattress. The next day they replaced it. Had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the staff were great. If... More

Great location and first impressions were excellent but; The room was far from clean, there were ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. The table hadn't been cleaned and there were numerous spillages of some sort left on walls throughout the unit! The cleaning staff really should be asked what they do. The room was very noisy from people upstairs... More

We have just returned from Silverwater and it has to be the worst resort that I have ever stayed in. I don't know where to start. Firstly, as stated check in is at 3pm, however, we did not receive the room to our apartment until 3.15pm. I have never been to a resort where they have been fifteen minutes late... More

we had a great apartment, (we saw the excavators but couldn't hear them at all) great view and the rooms were very clean and nice. Had a great Dinner in the restaurant which was nice and the room service was prompt and very reasonable. It's been our second stay in six months and we loved it. The staff were super... More

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Silverwater with our 2 children and must say we were very happy with our stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a stunning view and it was close to the play area for the kids. Our apartment was lovely and clean and it was a pleasant welcome to have... More

We envisaged the dream of a quiet island getaway with plenty of rest but had a lake view apartment next to adjacent land development with huge excavators with irritating reversing signals and constant gear changes. When we rang to request a room change the Reception responded this is out of our control and don't worry they only operate until 330... More

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay I was sorry to read that during your stay there was some construction work being performed at an area nearby the resort, I do apologise for this. I appreciate that the security around the pool area may cause some inconvenience, this does form part of... More
