I visited Mantons Creek on Mothers Day this year with my family. We were greeted warmly and seated at our table (overlooking the vineyard) by a very friendly lady, who introduced herself and told us her name was Kitty. She also introduced us to the manager, as he arrived with our menus. They had excellent knowledge of the menu and... More

We booked 1 night for a restful stay and this is exactly what we got. Room overlooking grape vines and lovely trees. Cute ponies didn't see the donkey and his friend the sheep. Very quiet. We had dinner which was very tasty with lovely wine also. Staff very friendly and welcoming. My only comments on room are, it would be... More

I visited Mantons Creek Estate on Easter Sunday for lunch with some friends. We were seated promply by the Manager on the beautiful balcony overlooking the vineyard. He gave us a very nice detailed explanation of the menu and suggestions on which wines to pair with lunch. I went with the 2012 Sav Blanc they make, beautiful fruity flavour! I... More

I visited Manton's Creek Estate 12 months ago. I returned today for lunch, and was rather impressed by the wait staff! Our waiter, Robbie, was welcoming, kind and showed great patience in our inability to choose from the menu selection. During the wine tasting, the lovely woman (Antonia) serving us showed a strong knowledge in the wines being served! This... More

Highly recommended. The food here is gorgeous. We could not believe the zesty flavours and great combinations of ingredients. We also drank a lovely "soft" Cab. Sauv. 2010. The service was good. The setting is alongside the grape vines. Very peaceful. Well worth the trip. We will go back.

Myself and my partner had a beautiful dinner on a hot Saturday night at Mantons. We enjoyed a three course dinner with a glass of wine for $55 each. Overall we really enjoyed the evening and found the service to be excellent, along with each meal. The only downside was the weather, as there is no fans or cooling inside.... More

We went to a hosted birthday party here where the function took up the whole establishment. It is a fantastic environment for such an event, with sensitive event management and excellent catering and service.

We have visited this place several times and have always had a wonderful and relaxing experience every time! This time we bought our 2 year old whippet and were so happy we were allowed to have her sitting with us on the deck while we enjoyed lunch and some gorgeous wine. The staff were so friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating.... More

This is a beautiful location. So peaceful with a room overlooking the vineyard. Unfortunately our initial wonder turned off quickly when we were "checked in". This manager did not want to be there at all. No greeting, no conversation. Our breakfast hamper was left outside our room, milk included while we were out. No toaster in the room. When asked... Very unfriendly and unwelcoming manager. He was not at all interested in being there or attending to guests. We were told not to light the fire unless it was really, really cold (it was 10 degrees, a tad chilly)! No lighting along path, pitch black at night, a little dangerous. Rooms with cobwebs, mouldy in the showers, generally the whole... More
