Where to start...? Booked 2 nights here over Easter 2015. Paid $188 per night for family of 4 in one room, which included a cooked breakfast. Understood it was shared bathrooms. Arrived Friday afternoon and went to room - very average. Carpet so old and thin it was flat and hard, old timber beds and tallboy. Cheap plastic light fittings... More

Went to the Queenscliff Inn today for lunch with our 4 children. Unfortunately walked out thinking it was a one time thing. We had a lovely waitress and the meals came relatively quickly though it took a while to place our order. $165 later the kids had fish and chips which were fairly average... My husband and I had calamari... More

Lovely dinner at the Queenscliff Inn. Husband and I shared a delicious seafood bisque. Very flavoursome and fresh. it came with home made Parmesan bread... Yum. For mains I had fresh pan seared salmon with fresh vegetables and a smattering of capers. My husband had garlic mussels. Food was exceptional!!!

A great weekend meeting of family not previously known had a glitch with lunch at the Queenscliff inn. A 2 course meal @$50.00 per head was not value for money, the person who oversaw our function needs lessons in customer service. The venue was delightful and that we had a private room for around 22 folk was great, it was... More

Not a big fan of this place. It was clean but very tired and "cold". Unorganised, neglectful staff we arrived on a public holiday so everything was locked up with no communication on how to check in, despite a phone conversation just a day earlier. There is no where to place luggage. No tissues, no air con, no tv no... More

We missed the ferry, but stumbled upon this historic guest house to spend the night. My partner likened it to Fawlty Towers...but as it missing Basil...I would say the likeness to Fawlty Towers ended at the rooms. The young ladies serving us were outstanding...very friendly and professional. The rooms in this establishment were clean, well made up...and the shared toilet/shower... More

Have just had a weekend at this historic hotel. Nice hotel from the outside but its' more like backpackers accommodation at hotel prices. We clearly understood it was to be shared bathrooms so that wasn't a problem, but didn't realise you almost needed to leave your luggage outside, the rooms were so small. Quite tired - old and threadbare carpets,... More

We were recently in Queenscliff for a friend's wedding. We decided to go to the Queenscliff Inn for dinner with the bride and groom on the night before their wedding. We arrived and were seated in a small room, as the main room was full, and the waitress was very quick to put the heating on and make us feel... More

Four of us cramped in a tiny room for $256. No extras. Shared shower facilities bw men and women. No hair dryer shampoo conditioner nothing. Price supposed to include breakfast but breakfasted started to late for us to take advantage of it and the certainly weren't going to start earlier. That would mean offering some service omg! Who would have... More
