Checked in with Chris, stayed 2 nights, and never saw her (or her husband) again until checkout. We felt a bit like intruders in someone's home, but our expectations may have been unrealistic. Eugenie's is referred to as a "boutique hotel," not a B&B. Our room was clean, but rather small and not very functional. No luggage stand so luggage... More

We stayed overnight at Eugenie's, the heated pool was cold, which was the main reason for booking this room, The Bathroom needed a good clean and a update. Grout was very grotty. We were not informed that the pool was cold , the room was very expensive for what it was, and not having the pool available to use.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the penthouse, perfect after two nights in the bush. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The owners are nice people and Inverloch is a friendly town with a good pub. I recommend not bombing in the pool.

We stayed 4 nights in the Spa Room and were thoroughly impressed. Chris and Michael were very welcoming, the room was fantastic - having direct access to the pool proved very popular with our 9 year old! Eugenie's is perfectly located to town and the beaches. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Inverloch is a very beautiful... More

We stayed here in the Spa Room as a family of 3. The room was great, bed amazing and the view unbelievable. We had access to the pool directly from our room too. Very clean and the owners had really thought though what a visitor would require. The breakfast in the room was just what we needed. Location and welcome... More

Fantastic views from the PENTHOUSE and the room is more than adequate and with a plethora of eateries a short distance away dining is not an issue. Walking and exercise tracks at your front door it is a perfect venue for short term getaways. As a courtesy they offer breakfast provisions, but great cafes all over the place.

We received a very warm welcome by Michael and Chris, who suggested a welcome spa after a day's bushwalking. The room was lovely with a great view of the ocean, quality linen, spotlessly clean, modern, nice ensuite, good tv, and breakfast in our room (which suited us on this occasion.) We ate at a delightful cafe Velo 9, in the... More

At $250 a night Eugenies is not cheap, but as it's billed as the premiere accomodation in Inverloch we were more than prepared to pay for what we got and I have to say we left this accomodation somewhat disappointed. You can almost taste how spectacular it could be - and the architecture and views ARE amazing but someone needs... More

We picked this place at the info centre after we arrived in Inverloch. What a good choice! Excellent room, friendly host, fantastic view. The in-room breakfast was an added bonus. The only downside was the bedding which was too light for a cold winter's night - I'm sure if I had asked michael earlier for extra bedding he would have... More
