Had a great weekend away with my husband in the Loft cottage but will come back with the kids. Great open spaces, chickens & goats and close to Healesville Sanctuary. The cottage was clean and contained everything we needed.

We stayed two nights in winter, we had two deluxe cabins with two families. The cabins were lovely and cosy. We loved the spa and wood fire. The kids had a ball feeding goats and running all around the grounds. So much to do for kids and adults in this area. Lake mountain was so much fun - snow fights... More

We booked the cottage the night before arrival for a 2 nights stay as there was a change in our travelling plans. Our family stayed in a 2 bedrooms cottage. It was located near to Healesville Sanctuary and also short drive to Coles supermarket; very clean, quiet and peaceful place. Breakfast was sufficient with choice of bread, cereal and milk.... More

my fiance and I have just got back from a 2 night stay in the loft. Everything is just beautiful and we loved the loft and beautiful peaceful grounds. Wendy was so helpful, nothing too much trouble. just be careful of the stairs in the loft as a little slippery. The log fire was amazing and kept us toasty and... More

We recently stayed in the lake view cottage for a one night midweek getaway. Even for a short stay it was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The surroundings were so tranquil, you felt farther away than the one hour out of Melbourne. The cosiness of the log fire and spa bath and short drive into town made it a perfect spot... More

Near and tidy with a friendly family at reception. Cottages have a rustic feel to them which was great and nothing beats watching the rosellas outside the lounge in the early morning. If anything the only downside is that theg are not very close to healsville and getting back from restaurants could be an issue.

We have just returned from a 3-night stay in The Loft. Everything was great - very quaint and also very clean, with excellent facilities and I would wholeheartedly agree with everything said by other reviewers about The Loft cottage, where we stayed. The only aspect, which really put a dampner on the excellent experience was the bed and I had... More

Paris, Thank you so much for your review, please accept Wendy & my apologies for your uncomfortable nights spent in our Loft cottage, I have left it a couple of weeks prior to responding as I wanted to survey the guests who had booked the Loft since your stay as we have had no comments made regarding the hardest of... We were lucky enough to spend 2 nights at this most fabulous spot, and had the most wonderful and welcoming experience ever! Firstly, upon booking, Wendy offered the choice of different breads and milks, and also asked if our 2 little girls would like to find a small bag of lollies on their beds when we arrived, ( of course... We stayed at Sanctuary park Cottages recently for our daughters wedding which was being held at the Wildlife Sanctuary. We found the cottage we stayed in to be perfect for our needs - it was set in lovely quiet grounds, sufficiently removed from other cottages so that you wouldn't know they were there - it was quite spacious ( the... Had a lovely stay with a larger group staying across four cottages. Very clean and enjoyed nice touches such as milk and butter in the fridge and breakfast supplies. Very comfortable and in a very pleasant setting. Would recommend.
