The cabins were the final stop on our Great Ocean Road/Grampians trip.A bit hard to find as they are situated down a track off the main road. Also we were a little confused as to the whereabouts of reception. The owners live in one of the cabins and when we arrived there was no one around to meet us so... More

We loved these cabins. The owner wasn't there when we arrived but so what - everything we needed was. We were in the bush so didn't expect views of anything other than bush!!!! Bed was SO comfortable but do agree the end drop should be addressed. Loved the whole area and spectacular views from the mountains. Ate well in Halls... More

DULC cabins are expensively built inside and out so I didn't rate them poor. Here are my comments: Very difficult to meet the owners even though they live on the premises. A lot of glass overlooking the back but the land is best described as "scrubby". A welcome book that has two interesting comments. First, if you leave dirty dishes... More

DULC cabins were superb. Not easy to find, and no-one to meet us on arrival - but not a problem in the slightest, very clear directions given as to what to do :-). Actually enjoyed the fact that we just sorted ourselves out that evening after a tiring 3 days on the Great Ocean Road. Cabin stands alone on it's... More

After staying at some luxury places on our drive from melbourne to here we were disappointed with the cabins. We had been looking forward to staying here on the last leg of our journey. The cabins them selves were ok but there is a step that goes down at the end of the bed and we found it a bit... More

Thank you for your review on Dulc , we strive to ensure that everyone that visits us enjoy's their stay, however we do realize that sometimes as was in your case this cannot be achieved. Dulc is not promoted as luxury, the cabins are surrounded by native bushland to create the whole experience of being outdoors. Thus why you loved... More

We stayed at the 'tree house' for three nights. The cabin, with large windows, was luxurious and clean. Everything we needed was there, even a bbq. We drove to the supermarket in Stawell for the necessary supplies. There's no wifi in the cabin, but you can sit in front of reception to use the free wifi. When we sat on... More

This place is well worth a stay if you like to get up close and personal with the Australian bush. As the sun sets all the birds make a multitude of noise, and the odd kangaroo and wallaby will pass right by, as you sit on the wooden porch taking it all in. The cabin is supplied with a full... We stayed for just the one night but it was lovely and felt like we'd been there longer. The staff were friendly and informal on arrival. The cabin was beautiful, large and spacious, clean and with all we needed facilities wise. The windows were amazing and allowed us to see the local wildlife really close up. Amazing to wake up... Beautiful location and the cabin was lovely. The floor to ceiling windows that allow you to feel like you're in a treehouse are beautiful. Great King sized bed and a wonderful peaceful setting. However, it just misses some simple things that would make it worth the money, or be classed as a luxury retreat. The 'hamper' of local produce was... More

The DULC cabins are located a 5 minute drive from the center of Halls Gap in the Grampians. The cabins are set in bushland, and though they do not have direct views of the surrounding mountains it feels like you are completely alone in a forest. The cabins have large windows to take in the surrounds and are modern and... More
