Perfectly placed in Halls Gap at a quiet corner with access to restaurants, supermarket and all Grampians sights. The host is all ecologically styled with quit rooms, a great modern kitchen and has lots of community areas inside and outside.

Nice, helpful staff. Very clean and calm, it's a good place to relax after a day of hiking. Lots of facilities; tv room, pool table, BBQ. Big, clean kitchen with all the stuff you need, bathrooms were also very clean. Rooms were nice and clean with plenty of chargers.

The hostel was a good experience for my family with 2 young children. The hostel had all the needed facilities; clean and comfortable. The room for the family was located on the ground floor; the only problem is that the air circulation was only through the glass door being left opened and a wire mesh door locked; may be a... More

Loved It!! The Hostel itself has this comfortable atmosphere that you feel like home. I just spent one night there but was sufficient to use one of the rooms with a fireplace. Cannot describe how comfortable I felt there. When you arrive the bed is already done. In the bedrooms you have lockers ( must have your own locker or... More

A very homely eco-hostel in a tranquil setting. Large and tastefully decorated common areas, excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable, spacious rooms. I particularly liked the homely touches - my partner and I enjoyed sitting in one of the cozy lounges and playing a game of scrabble (borrowed from reception) by the fireplace. It was a delight to arrive to see... More

We stayed here 4 days and really had a great time. The lodge is in a lovely position, with greenery all around and a short walk into town along a pretty track. Animals abound, lots of kangaroos to be seen. The lodge is modern and very comfortable. It has 2 very generous lounge areas with fires plus a cosy TV... More

I stayed here with my group, booking the whole hostel- which worked out to quite a good price per head. The booking process was easy, interaction with the managers was great and quite straightforward, ensuring our requests were taken care of (such as they were). The location for the hostel is great, a short walk in to town, close to... More

A very nice eco lodge, the perfect place to base yourself if you are here with a carload of friends. I was in a 4 bed room, which was 2 bunk beds, no TV, a place to hang clothes some lockers and a balcony. There's a communal TV room, a large communal kitchen and dining area. Plus a second lounge... I had a 4 bed room wich was clean, the bed was okay but not very comfortable. Nice kitchen for cooking and a nice living room for reading. There have been many wallabies around the hotel which was very cute. At night it was very quiet.

Another great Eco designed hostel and cheap for a YHA. Half of the hostel was closed off when we stayed which made sense as they were very quiet. The kitchen is spilt into two which leaves good cooking space and there is a herb garden and free eggs sometimes! Great welcome and brilliant selection of (chick flick) DVDs. Highly recommended.
