rooms were great, clean. Towels changed daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to takeaway shops and supermarkets. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay, would stay again. Microwave was spotless. They also put together a little breakfast pack for $5 which includes fruitbox, milk, cereal, bread, butter, jam and vegemite

Nice pool. Room pics look great rooms not that good. Would of been nice to reno the ensuite at the same time as the room... there quite dated. You need to go to the office to grab a iron which is a pain. Didn't have enough towels for the family. I could of went to the office and grabbed more... More

have stayed here before when visiting Frankston. Stayed for nearly a week with reasonable rates, very clean and welcoming and a perfect base for a longer stay or an overnighter. family run and could not have been more helpful with earlier check in as room was available and longer stay was also no problem. recommend without reservation.

This is located at the southern end of Frankston South border and quite close to the Mornington freeway. About 25 minute drive to the end of Mornington Peninsula. Room had the basic amenities but also has free wifi with about 800mb of daily bandwidth. Bathroom and shower was clean and the heater/air con worked really well. Best to request the... More

Was there for one night with family of 4. Our GPS TomTom couldn't find the motel, we had to call the motel for directions. When we reached there another visitor also got lost and couldn't find the motel with their GPS. So use your google map with your GPS. We were there for one night as we were from Philip... More

Friendly reception, clean room, close to shopping area, a small pool for kids. Only downside is the wall is too thin and I have been listening to the quarrelling of the couples staying next room during midnight.

We stayed here for five nights and it was perfectly comfy. The room was serviced everyday and came with all the necessarys like kettle and Wifi. The staff we meet were really friendly and accomerdating to say the least. It's an ideal place for a short stay.

Warm friendly and inviting one of the best motels that Frankston can offer! Great rates. If you need a place to stay that's quiet and clean this is the place. Close enough to town and the peninsula. I will recommend to anyone coming to Frankston to stay here. Marria Townsville
