I stayed at Flinders Cove Motor Inn recently while passing through Flinders with my father. Being the off-season we were able to secure a room at the last minute, and the receptionist was kind enough to upgrade us to a family room so we had a bit more space. The staff were very friendly and nobody panicked when we were... More

In all honesty this hotel was great for us a family of 5 it is not often you can get 2 spacious nights for $340 Yes stuck in the 80's but warm comfortable, space for kids, the only down side was the pool was not working which was a massive down side for the kids and will now cost us... More

nice, quiet, clean, functional...towels in good condition, amenities too. Furniture rather outdated especially in the bathroom but well kept anyway. Away from main street so very quiet at night and close to shopping area.

Stayed in the family room for one night over the weekend and had a great time in Flinders. There is nothing spectacular about the rooms which reminds you of an 80es motel, but it was nice and clean and the beds were good. Good and friendly service and a good offer on the room and we'll probably come back.

We just booked the motel last minute for an overnight stay over summer so we wouldn't have to travel back to Melbourne with our two boys. It was comfortable, we had a queen bed and a single for Master 5, but had to bring a doona, pillow and little fold out bed for Master 3 as they didn't offer rollaway... More

To escape the hustle and bustle of Cup weekend in Melbourne, my friends and I booked this motel due to the 'rave' reviews it had received online. We were bitterly disappointed within five minutes of our arrival. Firstly, our triple share room was dark and its decor was still stuck in the early 80s. Due to bad weather, a few... More

We booked three nights to attend a family celebration. While the location was good, the room quiet and the reception friendly, the motel itself was a real disappointment. Our room was dark and dusty. The one picture on the exposed brick was mouldy both inside on the glass and on the back. We had to take it off the wall... More

Great hotel in heart of Flinders, friendly and spacious. Dated 70s decor though well maintained, coutyard for downstairs rooms a bonus. We used the family room this time which was great but a second TV upstairs would have been better. Grounds are gorgeous and everything is walkable. Kids loved pool and spa.

A perfect little city escape to the beach/country. Flinders cove motel the service was impeccable on check in. It is close to the lookout and pier and across the road from the local hotel and shopping. The rooms are large and spacious and well kept.

I really regretted staying in Flinders and booking this hotel the moment I arrived at the hotel site. The exterior looks rundown, especially with the posh looking Flinders Hotel opposite. The room was old and dusty looking with broken furnitures. Even though there were plates, cups and cutleries in the cupboard, it didn't feel clean enough to be used. The... More
