Koki is like a European ski lodge; full of charm, extremely clean, exceptional service, friendly atmosphere and down to earth ski/alpine accommodation. Vesna and Ben are perfect hosts and offer value for money on the slopes. We LOVE KOKI! Thanks for having us stay again and we can’t wait to come back in August 2019!

What an amazing place! We have stayed at Koki since 2000, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. No one at falls creek does it better! Vesna and Ben are the bom. The chalet has s the BOM. So clean, I can not begin to say! It’s old school and lovely. Just stay there, you’ll understand.

Stayed here for the Three Peaks Challenge for 4 nights with my partner and our 7 month old. We stayed in a 3-4 person lodge room and it was a great size for us. Room was clean and warm! The communal kitchen is absolutely awesome. Very well organised with each room having its own cutlery and pots/pans etc. Has a wonderful pool, spa and sauna. The owner, Vesna, was absolutely lovely and really made our trip wonderful. She went out of her way to provide us with everything we needed, including rain jackets and umbrellas when the weather turned! She even put an extra heater in our room concerned for our little one being in a cooler environment! :) Great location close to the village. We would love to return to Falls in winter and would definitely come back to Koki! :)

This was our first trip to the snow, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Vesna and her team went out of her way to offer advice, and to make sure our holiday was as relaxing and enjoyable as it could be. They even found us a replacement pair of ear rings when my daughter lost one from her recently pierced ears. Koki is very well located, with easy access to lifts, the supermarket, and lots of pubs and restaurants. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, which very comfortably accommodated a family of 4 (kids 9&12). The rooms are clean, spacious and warm, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well appointed. Having a hire shop on site made the trip really easy for first timers, and meant that advice was always on hand. Koki offers geeat value for money - I cant recommend it highly enough!

Very friendly staff & owners, room is clean and spacious, also very convenient as they also have ski rental shop! Spa opens for 2 hours every afternoon as they change water every day, it is very strong and such a relief after a whole day ski. Highly recommended: )

Koki is in a great position for "ski in and ski out". It is also close to the access lifts and supermarket. The lodge itself is beautifully set up with a variety of options from motel style rooms to self contained apartments. The handiest feature of all is that it has a full equipment rental facility on site. The very helpful staff will even organise lessons and ski lift tickets...especially useful when travelling with children. Check out is at 9.00am but guests are welcome to use the common areas during the day! We have stayed there with our two grandchildren on three occasions and we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Koki offers a range of accomodation types from motel style rooms to apartments to suit all needs. It's very well kept and tidy. There is a massive share kitchen, pool table and living area to hang out in. There's also a sauna and spa and pool. It's only a short walk down to the village centre. If you want to ski they can supply all the equipment on site and there is a large drying room to dry out your ski clothing and boots. Lockers are provided for your skis and snowboards. Best of all is the staff who are fun, fantastic and friendly.
