This is a tired property and it's not a good sign when the upgraded fixtures and accessories are bottom rung Home Depot stuff. On top of that, surfaces were sticky and there was a strong curry smell emanating from the "Jacuzzi Suite" directly across from the elevator on the top floor. Are the owners living there? This property is more... More

Stayed here for a week on business. I gave the hotel an "average because the hotel is in the midst of the "Choice Hotels update." Once they finish everything I think it will be deserving of a little higher rating. Lobby and breakfast area are always neat and clean. Breakfast is average fare--a little more variety would have been nice.... More

We passed through here on the way from MS to MD, and stayed for 1 night. The hotel isn't bad, it just seems that they're not the most present as a staff. It was nice and quiet here, the beds were comfy, and it looks like things have been updated somewhat recently. There's an indoor pool, which was good for... More

We were passing through and stopped here for the night. The lady at the checkout said they had new furniture and were in the process of updating the hotel. The room looked nice enough and appeared to be clean. It was good enough for us to get some rest before traveling on home.

This property has been my base of operations for the past 10 years or so. I was initially favorably impressed by the fact that the English-speaking housekeeping staff was constant year after year and that the hot breakfast foods varied from day to day. However, ownership changed several years ago, and all aspects of the property pretty much went downhill.... More

Clean but dated. Staff was super could not have been nicer. The price is cheap you get what you pay for? The breakfast was okay, the fruit was not the best but everything else was good. We don't think this would be on our list of places to stay.

Well, a list of pros and cons~ pros: free, wireless, dependable wifi, hot water, decent breakfast, coffee, nice pillows, close by many food spots and convenience store, cheap price. cons: moldy sheets, lack of fan in bathroom causing a humid and mold prone environment, dirty walls, dusty furniture, some of given room keys do not work, dated and rusty pool... Stayed the weekend of 3/28 along with a traveling girls basketball team, in town for a tournament. What a disaster. At no time during the entire stay did we have any hot or even warm water. We were told different things - they had a new water heater installed, they were aware of it, the heater could not handle full... More

Stayed 3/24. Whew.. Lots of problems here... Hotel is just off Andrew Johnson highway, behind a gas station and waffle house. There is plenty of parking because there are only a few guests staying here. Our first impression was that the drive through covering shows some damaged and a gutter drain pipe was dirty and dented. The parking lot surface... More

The biggest problem we had with this hotel was that the breakfast was probably the WORST of all of the Choice brand hotels we have stayed at. They did not allow the spray for the waffle maker to stay accessible so after every waffle was made the next one would stick worse. The waffle batter was not the problem even... More
