We booked a family room with kitchen for us and our toddler. Room looked very old but ok upon check in. We left the function at the restaurant next door to give our child dinner and put him to bed. Not one plate, piece of cutlery or anything else that should be in a kitchen for us to prepare dinner... More

Was a bad first impression turning up to find old couches sitting outside the unit surrounded by weeds. The accommodation was clean but the decor was very 70's, the bed was rock hard, and the TV didnt work. We left almost as soon as we woke up. This is not the kind of place that you stay at for a... Stayed for one night. That was more than enough, the guy running the place was pathetic. The web page stated discounts for RACV members but he tried to get out of that stating that they aren't members. Looks like they lost the mower and whipper snipper. The room at $150 a night minus maybe $7 if you wanna argue about... More

Well nothing will dampen your view of a hotel that waking up early to go to work, wanting to wake up and.... there's no hot water! Nice bar. Nice restaurant. Quite possibly the noisiest air conditioner I've ever tried to sleep with. It got turned off. Cheers

Other reviews seem a bit harsh. This is not a luxury hotel. It's dated but it is spotlessly clean and if you just need a bed for the night it's comfortable enough. We were visiting family who booked us in here and I was a bit anxious about not having seen it. It was cold but there is a heater... More

We stayed for one night, two adults and one child. Paid $170-00 for a dump of a room. On top of that we had to hand over another $50-00 cash for a 'room key bond'. We stayed in August and arrived at night. The staff knew our arrival time and could have turned the heater on in the room. The... More

We stayed here for 1 night while travelling through Victoria and New South Wales. Of all motels we stayed in this was the most expensive and probably the worst. Wifi did not work, the restaurant was closed and the whole place look like it needs some serious work. Overpriced for what is offered.

Nice little apartment we stayed in. Front room on entry has sofa bed and single bed. Old TV with only four channels Melb is still yet to go digital. Seperating first room is little kitchen and bathroom off to the side. Then further om is main bedroom is queen bed. Decor is a bit 1980's but still comfortable. Possums at... More

These regional motels mostly are basic but ok accommodation. There isn't much competition and I usually think it is the chain that controls quality. Prices tend to be high for what you get. Country comfort cranbourne is just one of these ... clean and rooms are spacious. Facilities and service are pretty basic. There is a couple of hotplates, amicrowave... More
