Had a very enjoyable stay at Beechworth and the Foxgloves B n B. The owners, Sheila and John are a very delightful and friendly couple. The Foxgloves is just a stone's throw from the town centre and is an ideal location to start a walking tour of Beechworth. It is very clean and comfortable and is tastefully decorated. Would recommend... More

Just back from the Main Street is a great location for this excellent B&B, lovely afternoon tea on arrival, room was modern, spacious and quiet with French doors to an intimate setting on the veranda. Sheila (host) gave informative and accurate advice to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was to the same high standard as everything else! Thank you for... More

What a great experience we had with good hosts, great atmosphere, quiet lovely rooms with ensuites and adjoining garden verandas . Welcomed with high tea ( or coffee) scrumptious cakes. Breakfast next day was a feast that left you ready to shop in the many wonderful shops in Beechworth. Thankyou to our hosts Sheila and John we will be back!

My husband and I spent a very memorable and restorative week here with our dear daughter and son-in-law in October, 2014. Tony and I live in Gloucestershire, England, where we have wide experience of staying in B&B's. We are visiting our family who live in Queensland, and our sixth visit to this wonderful country just continues to amaze and delight.... More

We spent a weekend at Foxgloves and it was just beautiful. Just around the corner from the main street, Foxgloves has three rooms and one suite. We stayed in the Gold Room which was cosy and very warm. The rooms even have nice little ensuites with shower, toilet and basin. Breakfast is in the dinning room and you can choose... More

Fox Gloves is a lovely, late 19th Century weatherboard cottage, within a short walk of Ford Street, Beechworth's main street and shopping strip. It is owned and managed by Sheila and John, a delightful couple who strive to give their guests a relaxing and memorable stay. We were all entertained by Sheila's stories and easy laughter. The rooms are very... More
