Loved every minute of my stay. The day spa was the best. A lovely young girl gave me the best massage I have had in a long time. Very polite and caring to my needs. Could not recommend this place highly enough from the first phone call enquiry to checking out. You would seriously miss out if you drive by.

We were only travelling through and stayed overnight but would have been a good place to stay for longer. Booked online and received a great price for a spa room. Wintry weather so did not utilize pool but did access the gym. Rooms are spacious and have good cooking facilities. Very quiet during day and night. Close to eateries and... More

The pool and spa were great for my daughter and I especially during the winter months, but they could've done with a good clean. Our 1 bedroom suite was a good size, kitchenette was great and plenty of hot water in the shower. Very quiet at night as we were located at the back of the tennis court. We did... More

Room is large, love the kitchenette but lacking some attention to detail; room was not cleaned during our stay, we only had towels and toilet paper replenished. Bed mattresses are quite average, I could feel the edges and internal springs. TV could only get about 4 channels. Rooms are starting to look like they need an update and spring clean... More

Stayed here in April with my partner, very nice room, great facilities and loved the pool. Although we had one problem, we got locked in our room once and locked outside our room twice! The second time we were locked out for about 3 hours until they fixed it. We then asked if we could change rooms as we were... More

Stayed there over the weekend. Difficulties with locking the room door from inside and outside. Should have door lash inside the room for security at night. No one in attendance at the reception after hours ?

Stayed here for one night on business just after Easter. Arrived about 6pm and reception was closed so had to retrieve my room key from a Self Check In Kiosk. Then could not easily find my room (no 20 down an alcove) or park anywhere nearby.Very inconvenient! My room was a standard one bedroom suite and was ok inside but... More

Other reviews made us nervous about coming here but it wasn't as bad as we feared. The facilities are pretty good with an indoor pool and tennis court. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and new. BUT, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet! While there were dishes and cutlery and a pan, there was... More

Our 2 night getaway was lovely, very friendly reception staff. Slight disappointment when our massage was cancelled due to a sick therapist (thats ok, these things happen). The 2 bdrm apartment was nice, modern and stylish. Could have been slightly cleaner with better things offered such as newer appliances - frypan, dishrack (but I am fussy!). The facilities were a... If I could rate my experience with the Great Ocean Road Resort any lower I would, and we did not even end up staying there. I booked to stay at Great Ocean Road Resort via booking.com as this seems to be the only online platform available to make reservations with this accommodation provider. A week or so later the Great... More
