Only stayed for a night in a twin room with one double and one single for me, hubby and Miss 7. We think the place was ok but recon problems will arise if staying for more than a 2 nights. For starters, no allocated parking. The place has an outdoor trampoline play area not run by the resort but uses... More

We had a very comfortable 9 night stay. Facilities were amazing; we really took advantage of the well equipped gym, synthetic grass tennis courts and heated indoor pool. View from the apartment was amazing - also enjoyed sitting on the balcony, relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Living and dining area spacious and comfortable. The only small set back... We stayed at the great ocean rd resort for 3 nights. The resort charged me twice on my credit card. I immediately called to get this fixed but each time I called no one picked up the phone. I left several messages, no phone call returned. When I checked in the guy said he would refund on the day and... More

Booked online, tried to cancel online = 50% fee of original booking. Tried to call the hotel and nothing.. because when you call, 98% of the time you get voice mail.. if you get through and have to hang up for one reason or another, better try and call next day because voice mail again.. thanks Damian... Stayed here for just one night on our tour of the Great Ocean Road. It's a family run business, they were very friendly and welcoming. We had a two bedroom cabin which was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a general store in the town for basic supplies (although it does have a pretty good wine selection).... More

My Wife, 4 yr old son, and i stayed at this hotel over Xmas 2014 for 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment (Nbr 4). The apartment is on the ground level overlooking the driveway. The positives; The look is modern. Apartments are new, nice grounds. The apartments are spacious enough, with a little kitchenette. The resort has decent wifi,... More

We visited this resort pre xmas 2014. After arriving we were very impressed with the quality of the resort and its surroundings. Room was clean, in good order and modern. We stayed on a 2 bedroom top floor apartment. The facilities were all in renovation mode and the pool and spa were out of order for a few days. That... More

Stayed here with a group of friends overnight and the standard was about what you you expect for what we paid. There was a bit of physical damage to the rooms and I was surprised this hadn't been fixed. Although the rooms were supposed to be self contained I wouldn't have wanted to have to use the kitchen simply because... More

Stayed at this resort from Boxing Day to New Years eve 2014. We got talking to the locals and found out the resort had been upgraded. Our feedback is for a newly upgraded resort it was great. The accommodation was good, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment, and everything was as I expected for a 1 bed apart. Everything... More
