Room was new however there was still rubbish and floors were still dirty from previous guests. It also said there was a microwave in our room however there wasn't! We had a spa room however didn't use it as it was dirty from previous guests. We should of said something but at the same time you expect rooms to be... More

This Resort looks very nice and has obviously had a revamp. There is a nice pool, tennis court and its in a good position on the Great Ocean Road with a few shops (Fish & Chips, Italian Restaurant very close and a few more a few minutes walk across the bridge). However, we were given a suite consisting of a... More

The motel rooms were new and of a reasonable quality but I would not go as far as saying nice. We stayed in a queen plus single which was quite new but had no outlook as the window had frosted glass. The cost was not too bad given it was summer and January ($159) and it was nice to have... More

Good facilities : Strong hot spa, heated pool, tennis court, nice gym. Close to everything. We had a refurbished motel room and were quite comfortable for the night. Landscaping around the central refurb rooms certainly makes it feel new again. Had a small kitchenette. There is a big restaurant, and conference centre with boardrooms etc in the pool complex, but... More

Booked via Wot if 2 weeks in advance for the Labour day weekend. Car was loaded up and ready to leave. Got a phone call at 11.30 am saying due to system issues there has been a double booking and if we would like a refund or other equivalent accommodation. Which was in Apollo Bay and nowhere near as good.... More

The hotel is modernly designed with ceiling-to-floor glasses everywhere. The staff was very handsome and friendly. We reserved 2 rooms and he upgraded one of them for us. However, my room #36, was infested with lots of mosquitoes. We killed at least 10 of them during the night and they were a nuisance.

The Good: pool, spa, location, parking , tennis court, friendly staff The bad:room smells like parmsean cheese, lots of marks on walls and in the bathroom, floor not vacumed well, blinds dont cover windows properly, dodgy patch up hole in wall, hot water not very hot for shower/bath can have hot tap on only and still only lukewarm.

Been searching for accommodation at Lorne and Torquay but it seemed pricey, I saw the wotif special on this property and booked for 2 nights. Melbourne was experiencing some extreme hot weather so the cool sea breeze was a welcome change. Most impressed with the staff member who greeted me and gave me information about the locality. The place was... More

Unfortunately this review contains many false statements which management wishes to clarify: 1. The guest was allowed to check in one hour earlier as they were attending a wedding. Management went out of there way to allow this guest to check into the room early. The guests review states that it took the man at the front desk forever to... More

Having nothing but praise for the friendly staff & amenities but sadly Suite #41 had some maintenance issues. Beautiful polished floorboards not cleaned - specifically the table area, several marks on the walls, pictures crooked on walls, interior holes in front door & wood shavings in glass recess due to replacement of the handle. The exterior holes are covered with... More

Thank you for the effort taken to write your review. The day before you arrived we changed all our lock systems to the keyless card system and unfortunately the cleaning staff forgot to go back into your room to clean the wood shavings and place the push and pull signs on the door to cover the holes so we apologies...
