My husband and I had just spend 3 weeks traveling around New Zealand and Australia. We had 2 nights before our South Pacific cruise sailed so we booked this lovely bed and breakfast in Manly. We were the only guests and had a bedroom, living room and bath to ourselves. This private home in Manly was built in 1880 and... More

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Gill's BNB during the chinese new year. It was our first trip to Australia and, I must admit, Gill did everything to make us love this country. She gave us estremely valuable suggestions on what to visit and how to move around, she booked for us the transportation from airport to the... More

What an amazing gem of a property with an equally refined proprietor. I was lucky enough to book four nights in this exquisite B&B and can only hope to be so lucky again. There is but one room let out and it’s not easy to acquire as the word is out and well deserved; amazing. I travel to Manly, Australia... More

My husband and I stayed with Jill for 4 days over New Years and we had a wonderful time. Jill has put so much thought into everything and really makes you feel at home. The location is fantastic, with the beach a few minutes walk one way and the wharf (for the ferries) a few minutes the other way. It... More

We stayed with Jill for a week and found her very charming, helpful and full of good ideas and information about the area. The Position of 101 Addison Road is excellent, close to beaches, restaurants and good walks. I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you plan to stay in Manly, and we hope to go back next... We stayed with Jill for 3 nights in March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As others have noted, the B&B is in a great location, just a short stroll to the beach yet in a quiet street. We loved that we could explore the area and easily walk back to the B&B for a midday rest without having to worry... More

We spent 10 nights over new year. 2013 at 101 Addison road. The location was fantastic .. Only a 5 minute walk to the town centre or the beach yet on a quiet road. Jill the landlady is very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us! She was also very knowledgable about the area. The accommodation itself was immaculate and... More

We stayed for a week while visiting relatives nearby and couldn't have been made more welcome by Jill. The bedroom was very comfortable and the sitting room exceptionally relaxing, stocked with interesting books, as well as a piano and several guitars! Breakfast was a great treat. The house is very attractive overall and in a lovely part of Manly -... More

Stayed recently here for one night, to catch up with family nearby. Everything was perfect. Comfy bed. Warm lounge to come home to. Friendly Jill and so helpful. Our sort of breakfast (great). Will stay again.

In Sydney just for the weekend and the night at this B&B was a real highlight. It was a cold and wet weekend and when we arrived at the B&B it was very warm and cosy. The house is absolutely beautiful and Jill was the perfect host. Great breakfast, use of a private lounge, great location....couldn't ask for more. Thank... More
