I have to stay that I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its facilities for myself and my colleagues. check in was pretty good, efficient and no fuss, room was spacious though I think it needs a spruce as it seems a bit outdated. We selected this hotel for its prime location to the Aquatic Centre at Olympic Park. What a disappointment! I stayed in this hotel for three weeks (week about travel). Simple things seemed very difficult for them. The 24 hour room service isn't. You *might* get 24 hour room service. The front desk *might* answer the phone when you call - I was forced to go down in person after several attempts over half an hour late one evening.... more
