I stayed there for four days , my trip being a business trip. I arrived late (around 11PM) and was guided by Armanda. It was strange to see no lifts and I had to carry my luggage on the third floor. However the room was clean, spacious and kitchenette in working condition. They even had complimentary milk carton left inside... more

We booked 3 days here mainly to attend a birthday party. We found it incredibly well placed for our weekend, as we were able to walk to four different locations, including my brother's, my nephew's, an old friend and our car hire. There was a bus stop outside the door, and cafes up and down the road. The apartment was... more

Had my company not paid for the room... I'd have walked out! Shabby. Old. Smelly. Ancient mould on shower floor. Hot water ran out MID SHOWER (country people so we're water stinges) Food crumbs on kitchen floor. Milk in fridge expired that day. No offer of secure carpark. Comfortable enough bed but pillows were stinky! No bottle opener for a... more

Boorking through wotif.com, we secured a discounted rate of A$109.50 per night for a three night stay: excellent value. The reception hours were unsatisfactopry (0730 to 1900 only on a Friday) but the one bedroom apartments (ours on the top floor) are excellent, being spacious. Unlike some others, we found ours clean. The pool looked lovely but being autumn, neither... more

The best thing to say about this hotel is that it is in a great location, and the reception staff are friendly and polite. We arrived for a 2 night stay and were informed that our apartment was on the 2nd floor and there is no lift, and that there were no ground floor rooms available. So after lugging our... more

As other posters say, this is a charming location, quiet and residential with all the restaurants and beauty parlours you could ever need. The pros: location, nice staff, parking, washing machine, cooking facilities. Maybe better for families than couples. The cons: NO Lift!!!, decor is a little tired. more

Stayed here over new year and managed to get into the centre very easily. Was also easy to get to Bondi Beach from here. It's on the same road as loads of fantastic restarants and walking distance to supermarkets so you can either cook in the appartment or go out. The kitchen facilities were good - with a full oven,... more

The only reason I didn't move out straight away is because it was such a convnient location for my stay. Worn out and ugly decor. Towel rail falls off everytime you hang a towel. Tiny, hideous bathroom. Staff are nice enough and it's perfectly clean. Just a bit depressing. Outdated, dodgy heating system. more
