Great price and location for Sydney, stayed 5 nights, 3 at $125 and 2 at $109, this was for Vivid, but with the state or Origin and other events in town at the time most accommodation was $200 to $500 a night. The price also included off street parking and this was extra at the other hotels, but book early.... More

Motel pretty clean and tidy. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Close to hospital. Bus or a quick walk. Close to a shopping centre, by bus which leaves from just outside motel. The only thing that lets this place down is the customer service. They certainly don't go out of there way to help you. It's run by Chinese people and... More

Dear HayleyMcGuinness, Thank you for your kind words. Receptionists are actually very professional. They are here to solve the problem for the guest. No staff living in the hotel except the night port which works in the night time. We regular have some chinese groups staying with us when they travel to Sydney. And our night chef are coming from... I suppose every hotel has that last room that needs to be discounted because otherwise who would want it. I tend to look for cheaper accommodation. Well, that is what I got when I booked the night before. Note that some booking sites will not even process a booking less than 24 hours in advance. At least booking.com works. The... More

We are a couple of 'oldies' who live on the beautiful Central Coast, NSW, and have a very large family - all in Sydney. For family celebrations - and there are a few with 19 birthdays to celebrate - we do that by the month! - and Christmas, Mothers Day and Fathers Day. On Christmas Day we changed our usual... More

Good location, well presented and clean. Quite happy with what was offered, not 5 star but didn't expect it to be.Stayed in their "best flexible rate room" which is closest to the road, but not a problem.

As often happens on last minute trips, a bed in North Sydney was proving difficult to locate. This was my only choice without a huge jump to AUS$350+ per night. Although we did time our trip to coincide with the bad weather bomb in April, the traffic noise of the Pacific Highway even transcended the thunder claps at the height... More

A very clean and well presented motel in a good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed. Public transport is available right outside the door with only a short ride to the CBD

Hi MarkcJ5546IP, Thank you for your comments. It will be very help for the guests who are interested in staying with us. We actually quite close to the CBD. Driving probably takes 15-20 minutes(depending on the traffic) and there is bus stop right outside of the hotel can go to city or manly beach straight away. Looking forward to see... More

Steer clear! The room, called a "Flat" but was actually the basement smelt bad, it was dirty - someone else's used cotton bud on the floor and hair in the sink. A/C unit was noisy and didn't work very well. Staff not particularly helpful.

Dear Jonathan G, Thank you for your comments. We have a couple new built flats. We normally sell these rooms for walking in guest and they can have a look of the room first before the guest books it. About the cotton on the ground and the hair in the sink, can you please give me a contact and I... More

This is the third time I've stayed here and this time I requested a room at the back of the complex. It was excellent and despite Pacific Highway being at the entrance to the complex I couldn't hear anything from my room. The room was very comfortable, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The front desk was all that a front desk... More

Nice staff, clean room ,quiet location, comfy bed & pillows. Has a kettle, cups etc. Nothing fancy just an average hotel. Hot water did take quite a while to heat up. Served it purpose for a place to crash after a party. We chose it because of its location and we would stay again.
