A very clean and well presented motel in a good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed. Public transport is available right outside the door with only a short ride to the CBD

Steer clear! The room, called a "Flat" but was actually the basement smelt bad, it was dirty - someone else's used cotton bud on the floor and hair in the sink. A/C unit was noisy and didn't work very well. Staff not particularly helpful.

This is the third time I've stayed here and this time I requested a room at the back of the complex. It was excellent and despite Pacific Highway being at the entrance to the complex I couldn't hear anything from my room. The room was very comfortable, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The front desk was all that a front desk... More

Nice staff, clean room ,quiet location, comfy bed & pillows. Has a kettle, cups etc. Nothing fancy just an average hotel. Hot water did take quite a while to heat up. Served it purpose for a place to crash after a party. We chose it because of its location and we would stay again.

Like another reviewer, I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but this couldn't be rated as 4 star - 3 at best. Unhelpful unfriendly reception staff. Bed very comfortable and a convenient location but the mini bar was not even re-stocked on my arrival and continued that way for 3 out of the 5 days I stayed. The furniture... More

Highly recommended. The room we stayed in was clean, Staff friendly and helpful. Great start to the day with the morning courtesy bus that got us to our first appointment on time. Value for money and clean. 20 minite bus ride to the city.

Although this hotel has a handy location, it is advertised as 4* and it is sadly overrated. The furniture in the room was old and tired, the bathroom was just average and the tea and coffee facilities were poor. Also, the bathroom amenities were basic at best. This hotel should be rated 3* at most.

While I did not expect a five star hotel, I certainly expected more from the room and staff. Upon arrival (after a 12 hour drive) my partner and I were given a room key that opened the door to a room of wet towels, a wrecked bed, and a very unwelcoming smell. When the key was returned to reception I... More

Hi KelliShel, Thanks for your review. I am shocked when I saw your review. It never happened before. Also I haven't received any complains these months, I really want to find out what happened on that day. Is that possible you can contact me about the date you checked in and which room you stayed and other details. The email... More

We have stayed here on a number of occasions. It's reasonable cheap for a family room (cheapest I've found anyway) and pretty close to the city - by car or public transport. Free parking is a bonus. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained. It's not 5* but it doesn't claim to be.The air con works... More

We needed somewhere to stay at such short notice and the Hotel we originally stay with was totally booked out in Manly. We shopped around and came up with this one even though it was way out of our way of about half hour to three quarter in time depending on traffic, this hotel was just so lovely. A little... More
