Stayed one night on the 5th December. I found check-in staff cold & unfriendly. Same person on duty both on arrival & departure. Makes you feel unwanted & a nuisance. But room-service & restaurant staff excellent. Friendly & obliging. Room was very clean. Early check-in and late check-out allowed so was pleased with that. more
