This hotel is totally non customer serviced and inflexible. All the visions on their website are obviously made up and they are not bothered about their customers! We all booked premier inn for a wedding (3 couples and 2 little children). Our booking in experience was quick and first class. The only "down" was we were on upper floor and had to carry very heavy suitcase upstairs, not easy as husband has not been well. basic hotel but perfect for purpose. Asked for a downstairs room as i am a wheelchair ser and there is no lift. Our rooms were quiet given closeness to M4. Next door restaurant served a delicious breakfast with the most friendly waitress you could ask for!
