I had cause to stay here on Wednesday evening as I had a Business appointment on Thursday morning in Bridgend. Having driven through the evening from central London in the most appalling of wet conditions (M4 was like a river), I arrived in fog at 9pm after a 15 hour day. I was totally exhausted and all I wanted was... More

Stayed one night in preparation for an interview. Staff very friendly. Room clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Check out time of 12:00 allowed plenty of time for preparation so not rushed. Tea and coffee in room. Didn't bother with the harvester next door. Phone reception non-existant

We had a brilliant 2 nights stay here. The rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable and staff were fantastic, Diane the lady on the reception desk was very helpful calling us a taxi when we couldn't pronounce the name of the hotel we needed to get to for a wedding reception. We have stayed in four star hotels that... More

Stayed for two nights in February. No complaints, all good. A comfortable clean and tidy room. The staff were very young and I was dubious about there ability to do a good job, but I was wrong to be dubious as they did an excellent job being polite all the while and were very obliging.

Had to laugh when a member of staff described the hotel in this term but in essence a good value hotel with friendly staff A typical older style hotel in the chain, but after a tough day at work, I slept almost most of the evening and night. I didnt hear a sound all night! Bought one of the boxed... More

It's a good 1.5 mile off the M4, so no problems with noise, especially once the Harvester finishes for the night. I had a very typical room overlooking the car park, clean, nice bed and at pre-booked rate of £42 for two nights (early April) about as cheap as it gets. However the main problem apart from the non stop... More

Staff did their best to get me a decent room, having had a very noisy stay here before. Unfortunately for them a delivery lorry for the neighbouring Harvester turned up at 745am with it's refrigerator unit blaring out! Not something Travelodge can control, of course. Room comfortable, clean, tidy. Neighbouring Harvester pub is fine and it keeps the kids fed.... More

2nd stop (see Leigh Delamere review - also good value). Bridgend Travelodge well off Motorway. Budget is the name but always exceeds this rating. Rooms nice and clean. A Harvester next door is a bonus. Next stop, Pembroke for a week

This Travelodge advertises itself as having been refurbished. The beds and bedding were certainly fresh looking and very comfy. We had a lovely undisturbed night's sleep. I would definitely stay at this Travelodge again.
